Great for a weekend break!

The rooms were very comfortable and clean (I was in the new wing.) The pool area was very pleasant. The service in Trader Vic's in the evening was very good.

I would have preferred a room with a pool view as my city view wasn't great and there was a bit of construction noise in the afternoon. I didn't use the balcony as there wasn't much of a view!

Unreal family vacation

Fantastic room, great pool and breakfast, the team there are fantastic, will come back, and recommend to my friends, with kids, good valet parking and beautful lobby, very clean and good wifi. tv is good and in room food is reallly good and big portions.

i work in this industry so i know what to look for, to be honest, i checked everything, there was not anything to find. in room amenities such as tea and coffee was good but could be a little more such as milk and coffee. but this is me being very very very picky. Well done Rotana Team, very good. Breakfast manager maybe Egyptian gentalman

Lovely hotel, great service and friendly staff, great location too.

The room was lovely and the pool area is great with a lovely area to sit, great service, we did not order breakfast. There is Trader Vicks and room menu too so a very comfortable stay, definitely stay again.

I really enjoyed our stay and I would return again.

Hi Breakfast was too good . Pool i didnt feel it was too clean - Secondly pool musics was too low that was boring to be there .

Very good

The suite was spacious and updated. Felt like living in a new hotel. The facilities were good. Overall experience was wonderful would definitely come back again if I was ever in town again.

We used the pool and the kids play area. The pool did not feel as clean as we had hoped, also the kids play area was rather small. We were given a pool view suite and there was an event at night by the pool and we were not told prior to check in that there would be an event so that we could request not being in room that was loud at night.

it's a great place to spend with the family

the breakfast was great, with an array of food to choose from. the kids were happy with the hot cocoa. the play area for the kids was also great

the bed wasn't as comfortable as we expected. kid's pool wasn't very clean

Mediocre at best. very disappointing as this hotel is always our first choice.

The new decor is stunning

The reception staff were not accommodating and the breakfast was poor. The bread was moldy and the waitress clicked her pen the entire service. one of our rooms still had the previous guests garage in trash can.
