This was a lovely property which was very quiet during our stay. The check in process ran very smoothly with Lauren. We made use of the grocery store right next to the building and the pool for afternoon and evening swims. We especially enjoyed the large patio.

The apartment was beautiful and well furnished in all departments including kitchen utensils etc.
There is an Aldi next door and Lidle, pingo doce a short walk away. Its a 15 to 20 minute walk into town or 4 euro in a cab. Pool area lovely, very clean and quiet. Would highly recommend.

Good quick communication with Andrew. Very clean and spacious and bright. Grocery stores 5-10 min walk away. Good location for visiting Lagos. Some minor noise from nearby road and from building residents (especially early morning)! Overall would stay again!

We stayed in Lagos for 3 days.. The apartment is really nice, big spaces, very clean and location is good as we did not need the car to get to Lagos center. It takes a 20mins walk to get into the center where there are a lot a good and cheap restaurants.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and it comes with an underground parking space. The only small inconvenient is to find how to get into the parking garage from the street around... the access is a bit "convoluted"...
Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay within this lovely and well located apartment.

Excellent apartment everything you could possibly need and more. Lots of kitchen equipment. Only down side was the hill to walk down/up into Lagos maybe this should be mentioned as difficult for mobility.

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a lovely view over the pool. Very well equipped for cooking, but lots of great restaurants in the town. Good communication with owner. The pool is a great size and was rarely busy. Supermarket very close by. Walk in to main town about 15 minutes. Lagos is a lovely town with a beautiful marina. Lots of activities in the local area, beaches, water park, boat trips and coasteering. A perfect holiday .

The apartment was really spacious and had all the amenities to enable us to do just that. Whilst it's not in the centre of old town, the walk is less than 15 minutes and we have done almost daily, we did however enjoy living a bit off the busy areas. The pool was very accessible and in addition to all else, the apartment was equipped with beach and pool things we could use. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and we hope to come back this year again.

Unbelievable Find!
This was our first trip to Portugal, specifically Lagos, so we were a little nervous not knowing much about the area and accommodations. All I can say is “rest assured” you will not be disappointed in renting this property. Right from the beginning of booking to the day we were home, I have nothing but great things to say about the owners and our experience. Whenever we had questions the owners responded in a timely manner and very accommodating in every way. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious (much bigger than in the pictures) no need to purchase anything other than groceries where the supermarket is literally next door. Just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and the Marina where you will find many restaurants and shops. Overall it was an amazing experience and we will definitely be back.

In September 2019 we spent 15 days in Lagos, Portugal. Funchal was our base location. The apartment is well located, it is large with access to a nice pool. If you want to cook the kitchen is well equipped. The patio is a great outdoor living area. I would recommand it to anyone looking for peace and quiet!

This property is superb, beautifully presented throughout. Substantial pool area. It seems the owners have thought of everything & clearly take great pride in the property. Owners very helpful regarding booking process & taxi transfers & choice of meet & greet at apartment as add on if wanted, we did & was useful for quick run through. Location very handy for supermarkets. The marina & old town 20 min walk down hill & taxis plentiful if needed. It was a great choice for a superb holiday.

Great holiday
We had a long winter break in this very well appointed apartment in Lagos.
The accommodation had everything we needed and enabled our son and daughter and their families to visit us aswell. A cot and highchair in excellent condition were provided [at a small extra charge] for our grandson and the agent for the property Corinne was highly responsive and helpful throughout our stay.
Our family enjoyed many outdoor meals on the extensive balcony where good quality tables chairs and a sun brolly are provided.
There are also sun loungers for use by the pool and a very handy underground car park with lift access making it very easy to load and unload our hire car for all the fantastic trips we did along the beautiful Algarve coast.
We hired a car via Luz cars which was recommended by the owner Mark and we found this to be excellent.
Mark helped us via speedy emails with all our queries prior to our stay and provided us with very helpful guidance for getting to the apartment from Faro etc. There is also a lot of helpful information for planning trips etc and for using the kitchen equipment etc in a folder in the apartment itself.
All in all it was a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Lovely and well-appointed apartment with good local access and facilities
This is a spacious apartment, with excellent facilities and Andrew was happy to help with any issues we encountered. I'd certainly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Lagos as long as you are happy to be in the more modern side of the town.
One or two things should be clarified - the Wi-Fi in the apartment is through a dongle and is not free, but is easily topped up locally and is of good quality. We spent about £10 on it and it lasted for the fortnight.
The freesat was not working when we were there, but Andrew was happy to have it sorted quickly, however as very few channels from England are now available, it seemed unnecessary to do so.
Also the automated garage door stopped working and we were told by a resident that this happens frequently so the secure parking was not secure and we chose to park on the street which was perfectly safe and did not affect the holiday. I only mention this as feedback as it was not a big problem.
The positives, of which there are many, include lovely comfortable beds, superb showers and plenty of crockery, cutlery etc in the kitchen. The outdoor space is roomy and the pool area very good with sunbeds locked away for personal use. We found that the pool got busy with people snaffling good spots quite early in the day but I don't know if this is typical at all times, and anyway preferred to drive to Meia Praia which is a wonderful beach - you need to have one of the chocolate-filled doughnuts from the beach vendors if you haven't been to the beach before!
Loads of good restaurants in town, and locally try Branson's Steak House which is really good and decent value. I love Lagos and enjoyed this apartment and hope you do too. The Waudby's are good hosts and have provided a good standard apartment which has easy access to several local supermarkets making it easy to live here.

Really liked the apartment, it catered for ever thing we needed.
First time to Portugal had a really good time with the family, we were really pleased with the apartment very clean and tidy had all the amenities we required, we would not hesitate in staying here again and recommending this place to friends and family.

Beautiful flat very close to Lagos centre
The flat is beautiful, immaculate, very comfortable and very good value for money. Sadly, we were't able to use the pool or the large terrace, as the weather was rather mediocre during our stay. Although there are a number of beautiful beaches which would appeal to families, we were a little disappointed by the region which we felt had lost a lot of its charm, due to mass tourism.

Great apartment
My friend and I have just spent a week here. The apartment was very clean when we arrived with good quality bed linens. In fact it looks exactly as it does in Andrew’s photos. The pool is lovely, if a little cold at this time of the year! The common areas were kept spotlessly clean as well. Didn’t use the car park as there was plenty of on street parking, but I imagine in high summer it would be very useful.
It takes about 20 minutes to get into town, helping you walk off your dinner on the way back. There are 2 supermarkets in easy walking distance, in fact the Aldi is literally 3 minutes walk up the road. The apartment complex and area are quiet, the beds are comfy so a good night’s sleep was had each night.
Happy to recommend this apartment as suitable for everyone. The entrance is at ground level and there is a lift to the pool for less mobile people.

Wonderful
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well appointed up-to-date condominium. The unit was impeccably clean, and featured modern appliances, furnishings, and tasteful decor. Beds were very comfortable. Safe underground parking. with elevator. Conveniently located adjacent to a major grocery store. Neighborhood safe & quiet. The old town is a pleasant 20 minute walk away. Wi-Fi is fast but one must purchase a Sim card… Approximately €15 for 30 gigs.

Beautiful spacious apartment in a great location
This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. The apartment is very clean and spacious with lovely furniture throughout. The terrace area was ideal for alfresco dining and sun bathing. Eating out in the beautiful town of Lagos is always enjoyable with a large selection of bars and restaurants.
Mark the owners was a pleasure to deal with from the initial enquiry through to the end of our holiday. We will defiantly be booking shortly for next year.

Stunning Apartment - Great Location
The apartment is absolutely stunning! Extremely well presented, comfortable and very well equipped. It is very spacious with lovely furniture throughout and has a large balcony over looking the pool area.
It's located in a good location around 15 minutes walk to the marina and old town of Lagos with it numerous shops and restaurants.
Communication with the owner was very prompt and reliable, Andrew even arranged our taxi transfers for us.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and would stay here again if we returned to Lagos.

Great apartment and pool
We spent 2weeks in this lovely apartment, which had everything we needed to make are stay enjoyable. Spacious and well equipped. The outside communal areas were also clean and tidy at all times. The pool was great as it was heated. Having Aldi so close was an added bonus, without it being obtrusive. The areas is quiet. It does take 15-20 mins to walk into he town, but this was always pleasant exercise. Lagos is full of restaurants and shops. The marine is also lovely for a drink or meal.
Andrew kept us up to date throughout the booking process and was there if we needed him. We would recommend the apartment to anyone coming to visit Lagos.

Apartment beautiful, but terrace a let down
The apartment was large and very nicely maintained. Kitchen was excellent, appliances first class as were the crockery, glasses, cutlery in fact everything was good.The furniture in bedrooms and lounge, good quality throughout and very clean.Terrace area quite large and roomy although there was no seating to relax on the balcony only 2 tub chairs, there were 2 loungers that had seen better days, which were no substitute. Lacking relaxing seating, although the photos show nice furniture, but not practical. Shopping is excellent, Aldi next door, with 3 other supermarkets very close walking distance. 10-15 min walk into Lagos. Good location. Stayed for 4 weeks in July, would certainly stay again if terrace furniture was replaced.

Perfect pad!
Lovely apartment, spotless, very well equipped - we had everything we needed and then some!
The location is good, a short walk into town and to the beaches, and a supermarket very handily (but unobtrusively) next door.
Owner Andrew, his team and the taxi company were all very helpful when we had to change our return travel plans at short notice - thank you all, you made the trip much easier for us! :-)

Lovely modern apartment in Lagos with pool
Lovely modern apartment, with pool just an easy 10 minute walk into Lagos town centre. Very good service from the owners and taxi service to/from the airport excellent.
Lagos has beautiful beaches again only a 10-15 minute walk and an abundance of great restaurants.
