WRISTBANDS ARE $25+TAX/PERSON Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time. This property is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom private home, featuring two stories and plenty of space to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The second story features your open concept kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything from forks to a coffee maker and is equipped with beautiful stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and refrigerator. Your living room features a flat screen TV and opens up to a large patio with outdoor dining table overlooking a bright green yard. Each floor has two guest rooms. Upstairs, both bedrooms feature one Queen size bed and flat screen TV. Downstairs, you'll find the remaining two bedrooms feature Full size beds and flat screen TV's. A full shared bathroom, with walk-in shower, is on each floor as well. You'll find a secondary living room on the ground floor with a large comfortable sofa and chair surrounding an another flat screen TV. The property is also equipped with a washer and dryer for guest use, internet and cable as well! Its central location puts you and your guests within walking distance to shops, entertainment venues, restaurants and much more, making it perfect for a family getaway, or a weekend retreat with friends! When you're ready to be in the sun and by the waves, the public beach access is just a minutes walk from your front door!

Location is great but the place need more attention in term of cleaning and preparation. However the worst part was reservation confirmation process. It was like we are going to take over the place. Soon after i put credit card info and thinking the place is booked.l, they bombarded us with emails and messages and warnings asking to submit passport , driver license, credit card pictures! Personal information were requested , all sorts of them. Spent hours to prove we are not …

It was a great pleasure to stay on your one of your rentals, 113 Pompano. The second floor was excellent but the first floor was not conducive to stay. The smell was so strong that triggers the asthma of my friend. The first floor smell molded. The ceiling fan on second floor porch need to be replace. It is rusty and ready to fall apart.

It was a great pleasure to stay on your one of your rentals, 113 Pompano. The second floor was excellent but the first floor was not conducive to stay. Best vacation
We always enjoy visiting South Padre Island we love the experience n this year we enjoyed more because we got to get a beach house 5 minutes away from the beach will all accommodations they were great at the spi rentals hope they help us again for next year !!

Above Average
We enjoyed our stay close to beach and dining. Had adequate room for family to visit for extended week-end. Careful- The steps are a little dangerous when they are wet.We were comfortable downstairs when the electric was off for 3 days during the Texas freeze- 10 degrees warmer downstairs! Would rent again.

We were excited to stay in this place but when we arrived there were puddles of water on the tile in the porch making it quite dangerous to get to the front door and it had not rained. Took us a while to find the key as it was in a completely different area than what we were told. When we entered the downstairs it looked dark and dingy, and there was an overwhelming smell of roach spray. My kids stayed downstairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. I immediately regretted the rental and to top it off there is no full kitchen downstairs. Upstairs was much nicer and you have a beautiful view of the beach. The upstairs porch also had puddles of water and something smeared on the outside wall, didn't want to think of what it could be. Beds here were more comfortable but also had that overwhelming smell of roach spray, we did not stay the last night as I was already very nauseous and spent most of my time outside. The upstairs couches looked dingy as well and are in need of a good cleaning/shampooing. We had a hard time finding the lights to the driveway, we called the rental agency and someone came right away but where the light switch should have been there was a smooth plate instead. It took 2 days after leaving to get over the nausea due to the smell of the roach spray, I believe someone said it could have been moth balls as well. We aired out the place and it did not help at all. I would not recommend this place to anyone and if you choose to do so ask where the light switches are to the bedrooms and hope you can tolerate the smell.

It's a two story. Two bedrooms up and two down but no stairs to connect the inside of the home, which is not a huge deal we made it work. The beds upstairs are amazing but the ones downstairs, we chose to sleep on the floor cause the beds were terrible. The dresser hides the AC return downstairs and makes some rooms cold and some hot. The upstairs is on point 100%!!! The downstairs appears to be an after thought. The bedroom light is at the front door for one room. The other room the light switch is on the other wall not close to the door at all, so leave a clear path to get to it. It smells moldy downstairs I think it might be due to the bathroom the walls are cracked in the shower and mildew is growing. The stairs are treacherous!!!! They used in door tile and when they are wet they are slick... All three of my children and myself fell down them... I sprained my wrist and ankle the last day I was loading the car because it was so humid the stairs were went. I'm 35 so I'll bounce back but if you are elderly you would break a hip falling down them. A different tile needs to be put in place. Upstairs and the view was amazing and great location to the beach!!! I would not stay in this location again but would use SPI rentals again their service was awesome!!

Location of property was amazing! We were pleased overall with the entire stay. Would just recommend that the property be deep cleaned between occupants & that couch fold out bed be fixed (had a broken leg).

Was a great place
We really enjoyed the house, for the most part. The TVs were much smaller than what the pictures make them seem but the bathrooms were very nice. The view was amazing, the walk to the beach was fast and convenient.
