The best thing in the whole city

A jewel! If you are wondering where to stay, this is the best place without a shadow of doubt. It is close to everything you need/want to see. The place itself has everything. And I mean everything - from washing machine to toaster, from apple as a welcome to linen sheets. Amazing. It is not 10/10 but 20/10

Really enjoyable stay despite the mosquitoes.

Excellent location. Genoa is a great city and it's all accessible from here. Restaurants and shops all around, with a really good basement supermarket within 100 metres. Relative lack of traffic due to local rules was a big plus point.

Major problems with mosquitoes - I got over 100 bites and Sue about 50. Windows need grilles/mesh and/or a net for the bed please.

10 minutes to the sea and few steps to the restaurants,clean apartment with anything you need,the owner very helpfull ,comunication with the owner was very good.

mosquitoes in the room, the bedroom is dark( the window is inside the building) loud noise from the water pipes that pass through the walls.

The apt is very beautiful and well decorated. We felt at home there. Location was excellent! The host is very kind. It was a great stay! Is definitely worthy to stay there.

Very good

The apartment is in a good central location, but very quiet once you're inside. The host was very friendly and relaxed. There are some initial supplies, eg tea, coffee, oil. Very good. I would recommend.

I had some issues with the booking.com app which meant the host did not get my messages.

Excellent location, clean apartament, very kind host,

Bedroom window is facing internal space, hence there is almost no light. Sitting room on the other hand is very cosy and there is enough daylight.

Weekend stay with family

Good communication with host. Brilliant location. Excellent facilites - massive fridge, coffee machine including pods.

Work going on in apartment next door - not the hosts fault but literally none stop banging all day Saturday! Also the toilet take a while for the bowl to fill but if you only use the small flush it’s fine.

The apartment building had style. The apartment itself is very clean, nicely decorated and conveniently located in the shopping heart of Genova. You park the car in the parking 200 mtrs down the road and pick it up when leaving. Busstops for regular and tourist busses in front of the apartment. The old harbour are is a 20 minutes walk.

This place is just amazing!! Sara has been really welcoming and helpful. The house was super clean and I could notice the attention in every detail. It was furnished of everything. The position was perfect as it was good connected with metro, station and central on Genoa. I really recommend Sara and her house and I would definitely come back here.

I highly appreciated the professional attitude of the apartment's host Sara who was always accessible for any sort of question. In terms of the apartment I would like to say that this is a state-of-the-art apartment in the heart of Genoa. It definitively has a personal note and the outfitting is going much in detail. It was a very positive element of my stay in Genoa - just try to make your own experience in this flat. Genoa is a stunning city I never thought about, particularly the respective monumental buildings of the inner city. The harbour area is a unique site showing different kinds of sea-vessels such as contemporary luxury liners or old Spanish galleys. A ferris wheel and a playground for kids next to various good restaurants may entice young and old people. I can only say, take the time and explore this city of seafarers.

Affordable apartment centrally located, clean and well equipped

The apartment is located centrally near the train station Genova Brignole and in via Settembre which is one of the big and famous streets in Genova mainly for shopping. A supermarket and bus stops as well as cafes and restaurants are just a few meters from the apartment. The apartment got everything you need, it has a small kitchen and bathroom and is very well equipped. The check in was seamless and the communication very friendly and on point.

It is quite loud during the day as via settembre is a busy street and there is almost no direct sunlight in the apartment, besides in the very morning. So the rooms are quite dark and the bedroom has one window which opens to a backyard that is not that clean /quite dark as well. The internet connection was not good.
