Nestled in the hillside, this 2nd floor unit is located above the downtown Gatlinburg Parkway with easy walking to street level or a short elevator ride. Visualize gorgeous mountain views from your private master bedroom balcony or entertain guests on the main balcony off living room. Spacious master bedroom supports: king-size bed, private bath w/ walk-in tile shower, garden tub Jacuzzi and granite top dual sink vanity. Guest bedroom: (2) queen-size beds with private access to full bath that includes tub/shower combo. Each bedroom supports its own TV for individual viewing. Conveniently located in the guest bedroom closet are a Pack n Play Mobile Play Yard & High Chair for the little ones. Fully furnished kitchen with upgraded granite top counter & bar area is ready for home cooked meals or awesome appetizer preparation. Additional conveniences: dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer along with blender, toaster, mixer and electric knife. Caffeine Lovers; fear not, both Keurig & Traditional coffee makers are available. Dining Room seats (6), but can accommodate more w/ table leaf extended for playing games and socializing with Family & Friends. Snuggle up on chilly days with the warmth from beautiful gas stone fireplace. Enjoy free WiFi and Cable TV. No Pets allowed with the exception of Service Dogs. Summit Manor complex is located within close proximity to outstanding Restaurants, Convention Center, Ober Gatlinburg, terrific Shopping and many more Family Friendly Attractions. Our property is equipped with a ring doorbell for security purposes.

The property is located where you can walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The unit it self is clean and well decorated, a real home feel. The communication from host was excellent, thought of everything. We travel to Gatlinburg a couple times a year and will definitely use this location again. Highly recommend.

The minute we stepped foot into this condo, we knew we’d have a great stay… it’s so cozy!! The fall decor was beautiful and homey, and there were loads of games and books to use. It was cold during our stay, so we were able to enjoy the fireplace and snuggle in the blankets after our outside adventures. Anything we needed, and more, was available in the very well stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the entire condo was so clean.
This is our 4th year staying in Summit Manor, our first in this condo, and none of the other condos were as comfortable. Thank you for sharing your vacation home. We cannot wait to come back!

This unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was great - close to everything. Everything was there in the kitchen if you wanted to cook.

This was the perfect unit for us - two senior couples. Elevator to the second floor was helpful, of course, but best part was elevator from street level because it's kind of a steep climb up the drive. Perfect location on south end of town - near entrance to the park so avoided all the congestion coming through town from the north. At bottom of hill was a variety of nice restaurants plus a short walk to trolley stop at convention center. Public parking was very limited and pricey so we walked to everything we wanted. Owner obviously takes pride in care for their unit and it was equipped with everything we could possibly need. Owner was a quick communicator plus provided helpful specific information about access, on site parking, etc. You can't go wrong with this one:)

My husband and I came with our adult child and his girlfriend. The set up was perfect with the two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. The view off the balconies was fabulous! The condo was super clean and had everything we could have wished for. It felt very homey the host answered all our questions quickly. Comfortable furniture and beds. The location was perfect for walking downtown. If I ever make my way back to Gatlinburg, I would definitely without hesitation book this property again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

The condo was amazing! Clean, comfortable and convenient. Every detail had been thought of by the owners. We were in town for the Bigfoot Conference at the convention center and it is an easy walk and close to the heart of Gatlinburg. We plan to make this our "home away from home" from here on out and stay here often. We loved everything about the stay!

The title says it all. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The location is excellent. And the host was quick to reply to questions that would’ve been answered if I had read my emails thoroughly. She was very quick to reply to my questions. We had a great stay and the beds are SO comfy!!!!

Overall great location. Condo itself was great. Pictures posted aren’t a lie like some places. Will definitely stay here again considering we try to go to Gatlinburg a minimum of once a year sometimes more.

This is my fifth time staying at this condo, and it’s the best kept secret in Gatlinburg! Clean, convenient, to downtown, well stocked, and a gorgeous view. We are already making plans to book it again for 2023!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. It was VERY clean, everything was good quality, from cookware to furniture. I was sad to leave that comfy bed! It’s right in the middle of the strip, but so removed up the hill, it’s very quiet and peaceful. Highly, highly recommend!!
