Clean, quiet, charming, and perfect location, we were able to walk from the train station to the apartment in about 5 mins and the street was bustling with coffee shops and restaurants, nice and bright at night, very safe feeling, and when we stepped into the apartment it was very quiet, also it was very close to everything you want to see, we would stay here again for sure.

Our stay in this Florence apartment exceeded our expectations in many ways.
First, it was exactly as described. It was clean, orderly, and in very good condition. The air conditioning was especially nice. Check-in has never been more clear and easy. Information about the apartment is clearly laid out in a notebook. Read the notebook!!! The air conditioning was wonderful.
Second, the location is wonderful. It's close to the train station and tram lines T1 / T2. This is ideal if you arrive/depart by train or airplane. Easy and inexpensive.
The location of this apartment is critical . . . not just for arrivals and departures. This apartment is located a short walk away from the key sites in Florence (e.g., Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Academia Gallery). Getting a taxi is nearly impossible if you don't have an Italian phone number. Too few taxis and too many people. The two times we had to get a taxi because the distance was too great to walk (a business appointment 5+ miles away) we were able to find assistance from locals. Outside of my business appointment, Florence was easily accessible on foot and no taxis were necessary.
Third (and last), communication with the host was timely and informative. We felt we were genuinely welcome. The one question we had during our stay (Where's the dryer?) was responded to immediately.
A great apartment and we would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay! Location was not far from the train station. Shops & restaurants near the apartment. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. Sabrina was on top of it with communication with us. Could not have asked for a better stay. It will always be a happy memory, and hoping to return again there!

A friend and I enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and perfectly situated apartment. Less than 10 minutes slow walk from the train station, and the central market is just around the corner. It’s a quieter part of the city, and especially quiet at night in the apartment. We will recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Firenza.

Comfortable and charming apartment
This is an excellent location if you are coming by train and quick walking to everything you want to see and experience. Sabrina was so responsive to questions and we had no problems in the apartment which was so comfortable for this group of grandmother, daughter and two grandsons 10 and 17. We stayed 3 weeks in this property in Florence. The location is great as it is close to the main sites in Florence and restaurants, a gelato shop, grocery store, etc. Be aware that the apartment is up 2 flights of steps and there is no elevator. We were pleasantly surprised that the apartment was equipped with a dishwasher, washer and dryer along with the other main kitchen appliances. The bedrooms are nice (one of them is very spacious with a king bed). The bathrooms are also nice although the shower stall was small. Really the only complaint we have is with the noise from the apartment above - there are small children who run, jump, scream, cry, etc. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this apartment and highly recommend using Florence as a home base to take tours of Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Giminano, Montepulciano and other small towns in the heart of Tuscany. With Florence's train station being a short walk from this apartment, it was easy to take a train to Milan (then a tour to wonderful Lake Como) and Rome.

Many thanks to Sabrina for her excellent hospitality. My family (4 total, kids 10 and 7) and I stayed in Florence for 5 days and found the accommodations perfect for our needs. Specific comments include:
1. Floorplan. We appreciated the 2 bdrms, each with a bathroom and shower setup. A nice kitchen table for meals was perfect along with a separate TV room. In all, the space is efficient as the apartment has three separate living areas giving everyone their own space.
2. Neighborhood. This location is fantastic. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station in one direction and 5 minutes to the Duomo in the other. (Close proximity to the train station made it easy for day trips to Venice and Pisa.) There are several great restaurants nearby (Sabrina has them listed when you arrive) along with a Carrefour and several supermarket options. We grabbed cheese, salami, wine, and bread and had family dinners at the kitchen table watching travel videos on YouTube!
3. Service. Sabrina was fabulous. She was always quick to respond to texts and had perfect instructions waiting for us. Check-in was a breeze. Took 3 minutes before we dropped our bags and hit the streets.
Lastly, the apartment sits in the back of the building so there is very little street noise, an extra plus. Also, while we were there in the winter (..the heater works great by the way), we did notice all of the rooms had air conditioning which would be great in the summer.
We would certainly stay here again – many thanks to Sabrina for enabling a great visit.

Located in San Lorenzo this apartment is the perfect location.
Being on the second floor with no lift was a bit tricky for us (3 females) with large bags but we managed.
Not being meet on arrival was a little usual but there are notes all over the apartment in english explaining things.
You need to ask the apartment manager to put the heating on.
The apartment is equipped with everything we needed and everything worked well. The second bathroom is more of a wet room but worked really well and dried quickly when the window was open. It is also a little dark inside during the day but this is completely understandable considering the location and the era of original construction.
I would stay here again.

Close to everything
My granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay at San Lorenzo, close to train and bus stations, markets and right in the heart of things without the noise. So many restaurants just outside our door and the ability to cook if we chose with fully equipped kitchen. I would return.

Clean, spacious, quiet and conveniently located
We stayed three nights here and loved this place. This apartment is fully equipped with gas stove, dish washer, laundry machine and dryer (though you need to read the instructions or figure them out yourselves before using them) . It is like a home away from home. This apartment is very clean. I think the owner in its house rule requests the renters take the trash to the dumpster (it is only a half block away). We communicated with the owner by texting. So it is necessary that your phone has international texting plan. We would love to stay here again if we come back to Florence again.

Perfect
This apartment was ideal for us, a couple traveling with two friends. Everybody had space, and we also had a room where we could get together. Location is perfect. The beds were very comfortable . We are thankful that we were allowed to check in early as we landed in Florence very early and were too tired to start sightseeing. We highly recommend this apartment to anybody who travels to Florence .

Convenient to everything
The apartment is convenient to the train station, the farmers market, supermarket and a great restaurant Le Cappelle Medicee. The apartment was roomy and very clean. If there was one small disadvantage it was, we never met the owner. So when we tried to use the range we could not get it to work because we didn’t know there was a special button for the spark. Or how to use the shower in the small bathroom without an enclosure. Or the tumble dryer that was filled with towels and sheets. All these things could have been resolved if the owner had met us. The advantage was you could check in almost anytime. But overall the apartment was great and we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent Place to Stay - I Would Do It Again
Located conveniently in Florence we could walk to pretty everything very easily including the train station. Lots of places to eat in the general area too. It was easy to find a grocery store for some food items. The rental was wonderfully decorated and we appreciated the 2 baths as well. Not needed but great to have. Great space for our family. I would rent it again without hesitation.

Perfectly located and comfortable
The apartment was clean and comfortable. It had two large double bedrooms along with two bathrooms and a large kitchen diner . Fantastic location just by San Lorenzo which meant we were within minutes of all the main sites. It is also situated within a 5 minute walk of a tram stop where you can get a tram to Florence airport for €1.50.
Despite its central location it was in a quiet street so there was no noise that we could hear . It was also surrounded by restaurants .
I would highly recommend this apartment and would certainly stay there again if I return to this amazing city.

Comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment close to city center in Firenze... would stay again!
The owner, Sabrina, was always timely and clear with her communication before our stay, and that was the case when we arrived. Entry was easy to coordinate, and all the information and instructions we needed were awaiting us. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable for our family of four. We enjoyed a great stay and would definitely return to the apartment and neighborhood.

We stayed for 6 nights and had a great time. This apartment was centrally located in a safe location. It was great to have the conveniences of home, like a kitchen and washing machine while on vacation. The place was clean, spacious and comfortable. It was great having 2 bathrooms for 4 of us and was convenient to stop at midday if we wanted to. The communication was fast and very good. The only downside was some late night noise from other people living in the apartment nearby. The complex does request you not make noise at certain times so I think this probably isn’t a regular occurrence. That aside, we would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. We were at first sceptical to rent an apartment instead of staying at a hotel but renting this place made our trip even more special. Thank you for the opportunity.
