This exquisite Tuscan style home overlooking a lagoon is perfect for a large family reunion with 6 bedrooms and 7 baths in one of Hilton Head’s newest gated communities.. Your luxurious retreat begins with a gourmet kitchen including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and beautiful wood cabinetry. Once you have prepared a delightful meal, there is no shortage of seating with two tables that will seat 13 and three bar stools. If your vacation does not include time in the kitchen, the family area will beckon you to relax with beautiful views of the lagoon from the French doors leading to the first of many balconies. For those that do not like to navigate stairs, there is also a well appointed bedroom with queen size bed and private bath. The second and third floor are equipped with luxurious bathrooms and king and queen sized beds. Two of the bedrooms are spacious master suites. The ground floor is a haven for kids with ping pong, large flat screenTV, and only steps away from a quick dip in the salt water private pool that is heated in cooler months Pristine beaches, immaculate golf courses, lush landscaping, extensive bike paths make Hilton Head one of the most family friendly vacation spots in the world. The property managers were excellent because we had a few problems. Living room and kitchen were very tight as the pictures enhanced our expectations. There were three remotes for the TV? Could not figure out how to use it, even the property manager could not. There was no cable only streaming. Fortunately one guest had HULU account. Parking was tight! Elevator was very tedious. All guests were seniors and had to walk up steps a lot. Great kitchen, bedding was fine, location was good. Not good for us older people.

9 of us family members spent Thanksgiving week at the property shortly after losing a family member. We have gotten together as family at Thanksgiving for 40 years and while tough to lose our brother in law/husband/uncle, it was great to get together to grieve and to also celebrate his life. The house was magnificent and allowed all of us to be together, but to also provided privacy to anyone who needed it.
Each room had its own bathroom which was huge. It was just a great place and net all of our needs.

Our overall stay was awesome! Everyone loved the home, very clean and spacious! Enough room for 7 couples to move around with ease. Everything we needed to prepare meals was in place. We would definitely use this home again. Thanks again Leanna for your kind hospitality!

My family had the greatest time, they loved the porches, the scenery, the whole bit. We, the parents/grandparents arranged this for them to enjoy plus watch them have a good time.

This home was so much more beautiful than the pictures on the website! We enjoyed our family vacation and this home had so much to offer. Plenty of room for our entire family and the location was in walking distance to the beach. Definitely would recommend you stay here!!

From the start of our booking at Sandcastle through our stay, Leanna was the most gracious and accommodating host. She was quick to respond on any question or request and was always welcoming and invested in the quality of our stay.
The house could not have been more perfect for our needs. We were in town for our son's wedding and the house accommodated the bride the the groom's immediate families very well. The layout and location could not have been better our family time. The house was well appointed and made for the most comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice quiet location- within a short walk to the beach. Spacious place well equipped with everything you need for a family vacation. Host communication and responsiveness was great.

Our family of 10 stayed here very comfortably. It is a very nice house and the Owner is very responsive. The management company also very helpful with a few issues with the house. Close to the beach, restaurants and shops.

Great Weekend
Extremely clean, very beautiful house with plenty of room for everyone to have private time if they wish and rooms big enough for all to be together. Great showers, wonderful to have an elevator.
The whole house is very quiet (double pane windows) even with noise and kids next door, once you walk inside the house you don’t hear anything outside. The instructions for the house were very clear and helpful. A very enjoyable weekend with family from all over the U.S. I would recommend the house to anyone without reservation!

After spending 10+ years in Hilton Head at various homes on the island for Christmas, this by far, was the best one yet. The home is GORGEOUS and exactly as described. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 18/19 year olds) plus 2 family friends enjoyed ourselves immensely. The ample seating room on the main level allowed us to host Christmas with an additional 4 adults comfortably. All of the bedrooms were beautifully appointed and the bathrooms in each (no sharing necessary!) was ideal. The 3 balconies were complete with furniture and gave us an opportunity to sit outside daily and soak in the sun and the view of the scenic pond/fountain. The lower level (ping pong table, large TV, pool) was yet another space within the house that people could retreat to for some additional enjoyment. As an added bonus (and unlike any homes with a pool which we’ve occupied previously), the pool was heated to a comfortable temperature at NO EXTRA COST).
Having an elevator with access to it from each floor (including the garage) was super helpful, especially for one of the adults who was in a motorized wheelchair as well as for unloading/loading upon arrival/departure.
Walking to the beach with our dogs every day via a paved path was delightful. Driving with ample parking was an option, but never needed.
We only had to contact the property management for a “stuck elevator” and the issue was resolved quickly. I even left a note about increasing the pool temp and that, too, was handled.
I can’t say enough good things about this incredible place … from the size, location, quality, and comfort, it was a spectacular way to bring 2021 to a close. BTW - the owner, Leanna, was outstanding. She responded promptly to every email I send during the “planning” stage of our vacation and even facilitated a quick “tour” for my mother-in-law, who lives in nearby Bluffton, SC. If you have the opportunity to stay at this gem of a place, you’ll LOVE IT!!!!

The house was great! The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for all of us. One minor issue was handled very quickly on checkin. We enjoyed our stay.
