Most bedrooms include flat screen high definition televisions with cable TV and the home also provides upgraded high speed internet/WiFi. There are large walk in closets that provides ample space for you and your family to comfortably store all your belongings. The kitchen is very large to include a spacious Granite dining area, plenty of cabinet space and walk in pantry for storage. Appliances are newly-purchased to include: refrigerator and electric stove. There's a dishwasher available to make cleaning up a breeze! There's also a microwave, a toaster, a Keurig Coffee maker with Starbucks Coffee K-Cups. The kitchen has all the essentials to store and prepare your favorite meals as if you were home. There's even a gas/charcoal grill on the back patio for those of you who enjoy the outdoors as I do. The living area is extremely spacious and includes plush couches, recliners and 55" flat screen for your enjoyment. Over All good Just broken things like coffee pot had a whole in it-but KCup worked well House needs a deep cleaning stains on carpet,but didn’t bother us Broken kitchen sink, but still works dryer took forever to dry towels Beds and couches were comfy. Blow dryers low blow bring your own Great location close to AFB and Walmart Owner was super nice when I we called .

The property was fairly clean and comfortable. Communication with manager was great, responded to my text question right away. Property had many broken things... (towel bars, toilet holders, stove burners, door handles, etc.) Definitely manageable, we weren't there for the house, came to watch our son graduate BMT. Just needed a comfortable place to stay close to base. The house was adequate but definitely needed some attention.

This rental hit all the marks! The property owner was fantastic from start to finish. Super friendly and accommodating. The house was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had new cookware and utensils. Both types of coffee makers. There was more than plenty of towels and the beds were like sleeping at home. There was plenty of space for a whole family. The location was the best part. 7 min drive to Lackland AFB and plenty of restaurants and stores right down the road. I highly recommend this place to others!!!

Host was very responsive. Hot water heater is lacking. 2 ten minute showers and then no more hot water. He offered to come change it out but I declined during our stay. We made due. Furniture is worn. Kitchen supplies are plenty. Needs more blankets and towels need to be updated.

This house is close to base and very close to stores, and in a very nice neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend this property.

We travelled to San Antonio for a family weekend to celebrate our grandson’s birthday. Check-in and check-out were fast and easy. The location was close to shopping, the zoo, and Sea world. The house with 5 bedrooms gave us so much room for our large family. Everyone was happy! The beds were all comfortable for a good night’s sleep. The TV room upstairs kept the guys entertained watching football. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of pots and pans. The downstairs layout was perfect for our grandbaby and toddler to crawl around with their toys. The location was close to Walmart to purchase groceries and baby diapers. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The location for activities at Lackland was great. Very short drive. The house is roomy with 5 bedrooms. We had 12 family members there for the graduation. There were two things that were a downer for us. Although the house accommodated is well size wise we constantly ran out of hot water. Several always ran out of hot water even with some showering evening and some mornings. And the other thing was we ended up having to buy blankets. The beds were VERY comfortable and some were trying to look and see what mattresses they were but there was a sheet and a very thin bedspread and we were very cold at night. Other than those two things we loved it.

Excellent experience. We had family join us for BMT graduation and this house was perfect. Plenty of room, 5 min from base and a Walmart right at the neighborhood entrance. The owner was easy to deal with and the property was well stocked with the necessary items. Would highly recommend and would definitely look to this property again if we came back.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our son's TACP graduation. The kids enjoyed the pool. The base was only minutes away. Be sure to bring a couple extra towels for swimming, otherwise you'll be washing before the end of your stay. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and spices. We made French toast one morning and used a cookie sheet on the stove to make it as there wasn't a griddle. It worked. I would suggest to management to have their cleaning crew move the furniture when vacuuming as we found this looked like it hadn't been done in quite a while. The owner stopped in and checked on us to see if we needed anything - very nice and pleasant individual. We would stay in one of his places again.

Perfect!

We were in town for BMT graduation. It was close to base, Walmart and not far from restaurants. It's location is eau top get top and not far from the 410 interstate. Traveling into the Alamo or River Walk only takes 20 minutes. We celebrated with our grad, cooked steaks on the grill, played games, swam in the pool (when our grad wasn't around) and hung out. I would highly recommend!

We and some extended family were able to enjoy our daughter's graduation from Air Force basic training thanks to the comfort of the home and convenience of it's location. The home is a great size for large groups and well equipped. The check in, check out process was easy and Mr. Williams was quick to respond for all questions we had.

We stayed here while attending BMT activities. The location was ideal, very close to Lackland. The home was very large with 2 living spaces and the yard was great for the dogs. The back yard was not really good for playing, mostly weeds and some fire ants, but dogs didn't mind. The front yard was suitable for kids and there is a neighborhood park with pool nearby.

Perfect house for BMT Graduation

We rented this house for BMT graduation. It was in a great location being close to Lackland AFB. The house was clean and roomy. The only suggestion I would have is the kitchen needs to have more supplies (bowls, measuring spoons,etc) to cook with. But Walmart was just down the road and we bought what we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and spent some quality time with our airmen.

Host communicated quickly and provided a great location for us to attend our son’s graduation from BMT. At the cost of a couple hotel rooms, nine of us stayed comfortably in a home we could bring our son to and let him relax. Everything was perfect and only contacted the host once to help explain cable tv. He was there immediately and graciously helped me in spite of my lack of technical abilities. The owner is retired Air Force and stayed and answered other questions we had. Highly recommended this property!

We had a great stay, house was amazing, just as pictured, hardly saw the teens as they enjoyed the media room. Had one minor issue and the owner was very responsive and took care of it immediately. If ever we return to the area, would definitely rent this one again...it is everything a large family needs!

Military families!!!! This home is inside town liberty guidelines!! We were very fortunate with using this rental. The owner was fantastic to work with!! It was a short and easy drive to Lackland. We were close to groceries, gas and restaurants. DEFINITELY RECCOMEND!!!
