Hotel mit wunderschönem Zimmer, aber Service mit Luft nach oben

Das große Zimmer war ein Traum und das Bad sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage an der Kirche ist sehr Zentral mit ausreichend Parkplätzen.

Das Frühstück gab es erst ab um 9Uhr und konnte auch nicht vorverlegt werden. Zudem gab es nur eine sehr kleine Auswahl von fertigen Frühstücksangeboten, aus denen man ein Gericht wählen konnte. Dazu gab es eine Tasse Kaffee/Tee und ein Glas Wasser/Saft.

Sok tanulás, kevés pihenés, de az magas színvonalon

Minden , harmadik alkalommal szállok meg itt, és minden szuper. A kiszolgálás a kényelem a gasztronómiai élmények.

Kicsit bántam, hogy ezúttal nem a főterre nézett a szobám:)

Dobra lokalizacja ładne miasteczko i dobre wino. Płaćcie gotówką w tym hotelu

Bardzo ładny. Super lokalizacja. W sam raz dla rowerzystów.

Podwójnie pobrana opłata Opłata wniesiona 02.08.2022 z karty kredytowej oraz karty płatniczej. Pani brakło papieru w terminalu i nie mogła wydrukować potwierdzenia. Dlatego zapłaciłem 2-gi raz ale kartą płatniczą. Do dnia 19.08.2022 nie oddali mi pieniędzy. Czekam na zwrot który ma być załatwiony do dnia 20.08.2022

Great location, comfi and beautiful room, good design, comfortable bed, nice enterieur, kind staff, fairly good problem solving.

Late breakfast - 9:00 in the morning, dry bread although they advertise home made bread, disorganised opening in the morning, overpriced local wine in Hungary's well known wine region. Fun fact: they offer local meats in the Hungarian menu, which has been translated as Italian ham in English; in reality, it was prosciutto, chorizo and milanese salami..... The place has great opportunities, the stuff is extremely hardworking and now its time for the management to contribute.

great vacataion in Tokaj

Beautiful room with extralarge bed :) quiet site, quiet hotell with small number of rooms. NB! rooms only for adults! :) at the first floor was great bistro-cafe/restaurant with very tasty food. Breakfast was made specially for us, fresh and large.

The service level is far behind from the nice facilities, the hotel is very much overpriced.

The location and the style of the room.

Its overpriced compared to the service they provide (no cleaning in the room, not even when we asked for it - during our 3-night stay, the room was cold, the breakfast was poor and they did not have everything that was written on the menu.

The room was perfect! well orgenized, even had a little Wine-fridge, since Tokaji is a World-Haritage town because of her Wine-History. The staff was friendly and welcoming, eventhough the lack of English from their side. The shower was amazing and the water that came out of the tap was the softest and smoothest water i have ever felt. Bed was big and comfortable.

A gem in the heart of Tokaj

Views from the bedroom is exceptional, with the Heart of Jesus Church only 50 meters away! I was also impressed with beautifully decorated bedroom with paintings and furniure. Lunch was also brilliant, I had a pasta with Beaf tongue. Great taste! I had business meetings in Tokaj, and I would definitely choose this brilliant bistro for my next business trip.

I wish I could eat breakfast a bit earlier than 09:00. Breakfast is served between 09:00 and 10:00. Omlette was one of the best I had for decades.

Lovely and elegant weekend in LaBor

Perfect localization in the middle of the City in beautiful old building. Quite big private parking. Room is not very big, but everything what needed is there: comfortable bed, A/C, fridge, safe, set to make tea/coffee. Clean bathroom, big shower cabin, very good hotel cosmetics. We love the body lotion. Very good breakfast in the restaurant. You select the option from menu: eggs, french toasts, mix of italian hams, plus coffee, tea, juice. We liked all the people around. Everyone was very kind and open for each request. Their English was better then we expected after others opinions. We did not have any communication problems. Thank you a lot for later check-out.

Some breakfast options could be bigger, for example omlet. Even in two nights booking, the cleaning lady could do the quick check of the room: give the water, tea/coffee, change the wet towels.

Great time with my wife in extra place

Localization is perfect, in the heart of Tokaj. The staff was very helpful and very kind. Design of the room is wonderful, luxury vintage in the best version. 😀 Ratatui for the breakfast was delicious. Polecamy z całego serca :)

This is a decent restaurant with rooms, don't expect more.

Staff was totally lacking in helping & positive attitude toward Traveler. No prepared materials to help traveler enjoy the area, not even a map! The owner/chef was nice and tried but he could not be everywhere. Help is lacking. Community is spending gobbs of money on infrastructure but is backward on outreach and marketing. Investment in marketing and quality information for travelers should be #1 priority not infrastructure. If the wines were't so good the whole place would blow away.

steep staircases, no lift, cook did not turn up on time for Breakfast. Served stale bread at breakfast. Served 1.5 dl in 2 dl wine order…..

Cozy hotel in the old center, nice staff, beautiful room with restored antique furniture, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, all devices functional, cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, delicious meals with nice people. A place to return.

It was a little bit anoying the noise and the dust from the road rehabilitation în the neighbourhood, but it didn't alter much the quality of the staying.

The rooms we're wonderful. My father had a hard time with the stairs - they are uneven and spiral - but it was worth the climb!

Nice stay

Beautiful rooms representing original old fashion style. All clean and focus on details. Tasty breakfast but without variety of options - deficit of vegetables and fruits.

Although the staff was very friendly it was seen that they need language training. Otherwise it impacts stressful discussions ( also for them ) to clarify necessary details ( i.e. concrete ingredients in the food that is serviced, lack of information about our car that was parked in the festival area that was going to take place next day).

Great choice if visiting Tokaj

Had a very restful night sleep. Beds were extra comfortable, and the soundproof windows make it a really nice and quiet room to sleep in. the building looks great, and has a nice atmosphere, perfectly combining old elements with modern ones. Nice and helpful staff to top it all. a good choice if you travel to Tokaj.

Our business trip

Everything was great, the breakfast was delicious and the staff was helpful. Thank you goodwill! A wine shop is in the restaurant and I recommend buying some local wine or frizzante.
