Master bedroom features a king sized bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub plus a stand-up shower and double vanity. Direct patio access. 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed and also offers side patio access. 2nd full bathroom features a tub/shower combo and is located across from the 2nd bedroom 3rd bedroom is the lock-out unit, or in-law suite. This Master Bedroom features a king sized bed, a new set of twin over twin bunk beds, a kitchenette area with a mini-refrigerator/freezer, microwave, private bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well as side patio access. *NEW* Queen sized sleeper sofa located in the living room for extra sleeping options Washer/dryer included in unit Tile throughout the entire unit Bed linens as well as a set of towels in each bathroom, all included Fully stocked kitchen includes pots, pans, silverware, plates, etc. New stainless steel appliances were installed for 2018. We enjoyed our stay in this condo! Super convenient being able to take the stairs since it was on the first floor. The rooms were really nice and it had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Our multi-generational family of 6 adults and 3 kids enjoyed our week at Splash. This unit was great, especially with the ability to avoid elevators to go up and down to the pool and the beach. Very clean unit and the added room with bunks were great for the littles.

We loved this condo. It was perfect for our family and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms were spacious and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. The 2 balconies were amazing. Such a wonderful experience. The owners were also wonderful and so nice.

We loved our stay! The pictures are completely accurate and the unit is actually bigger in person. It was clean, spacious, and in a good location that’s close to all the PCB attractions and restaurants. The lockout suite was an added bonus since it had its own bathroom and kitchenette. Management is easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Easy instructions for checking in and departure. I would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!

It is in the perfect location. Right on the beach. The condo was spacious and well supplied with the necessities. The pools were great for the kids and it was nice that they were heated.

The condo was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine with my family. It is conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. My only complaint is the resort needs a ramp to the beach in addition to the steps.

This was one of the best vacations! The condo is wonderful! One bedroom has bunk beds which the 4 yr old slept on bottom. It has its own mini kitchen too. The rest of unit was great! Nice big bathrooms. The porch (s) are great- we would drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The view was great and SO convenient to elevator or stairs. The 2, 3 and 4 year old loved the beach- water warm. Later we herded our group to the Splash pad area for shaded play. Although chilly water, it was amazing! They laughed and played- just great times. After a quick warm up in the hot tub, they were back hiding from the massive bucket splashing water all over. We grilled out one night by the tiny splash pad area. What a treat! The Meisner’s were great to work with. No issues. Lots of bath towels provided, big washer/dryer, TV’s in all rooms. We all agreed this was the best spot and vacation with kids! We had grandparents down to a 2 yr old. Golf nearby, the Dolphin World huge hit, the pirate cruise awesome for little ones. Highly recommend 101East at splash! Thanks for the memories!

This was our second year staying in 101E, and it did not disappoint! With five adults and three kids, we still had plenty of space for sleeping and rainy day fun. The condo was clean and ready to go with plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. Love it and can’t wait to go back!

The location was excellent, the floor plan was ideal for a multi-generation family stay. Everything you could need was available for our use. Grandkids were in heaven with water park. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Family vacation
Overall property was excellent. Have stayed at Splash Resort before. Some concerns about caked-on dust on door to furnace/air conditioner as well as dirty air filter and dust on bathroom exhaust vents. There were also yellow stains on sheets in third (queen) bedroom, and what appeared to be dried soda stain under love seat in living room.

Loved this unit!!
The condo was very well equipped for our stay...The beds were comfortable (lots of extra pillows in the closet) and the unit was clean and updated. The owners were easy to contact and responded immediately to a minor concern about the a/c which was taken care of within an hour or so of our arrival. (The owner had already given us a heads up that there might be an issue with the a/c)There were some extra fans available as well if we'd needed them. Having the extra lock out unit was perfect for our family of 9. We appreciated the full size stacked washer/dryer. There were ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and that was a big plus for us. The unit is on the end and there is an extra side balcony which is accessible from the lock out unit as well as then spare bedroom... We have no complaints at all on this unit. The ONLY drawbacks that we had was the walk from the parking garage to the lobby and the long waits for the elevator....thankfully, the unit is on 1st floor so we only had a couple of flights of stairs to walk up or down if we couldn't wait for the elevator. We would highly recommend this unit.

Splash 101E was just as the description stated. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved that they had liquid hand soap at every sink. We have typically stayed in the one bedroom condos at Splash, however, this year my parents were joining us and we needed extra space, so we went with this condo. We are happy we did! The views were fabulous. It was nice waking up to the beach right outside the window! I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Splash 101E was just as the description stated. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved that they had liquid hand soap at every sink. We have typically stayed in the one bedroom condos at Splash, however, this year my parents were joining us and we needed extra space, so we went with this condo. We are happy we did! The views were fabulous. It was nice waking up to the beach right outside the window! I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Vacation!
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owners were quick to respond, they have excellent communication and this was the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the room and there was plenty of space for all seven of us to spread out. The views were gorgeous and the location was perfect. We will stay here again!

The only thing missing were beach towels but there was a store right across the street so we grabbed a couple and were good to go. The few minor issues we had were resolved by the owner quickly. The amenities kept my niece very happy and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We are planning on visiting again soon

I go to splash every year with my family and this is by far hands down the best room there! It is so pretty and so clean and the family that owns it is super nice and easy to communicate with!
