Nice unit within well cared for condo association. Fantastic view. We cooked in so appreciated the well equipped kitchen. Host details like coffee filters, shampoo, soaps, and lotion very nice. VERY convenient to shuttle which runs frequently.

Alicia’s place was wonderful for our family. The kids loved the bunk beds especially. The condo was well equipped, clean, and had amazing mountain views. We would highly recommend—thanks for a great stay!

The property was clean and convenient to the events we were attending in Aspen. We were there to attend our grandson's wedding. There was plenty of room for my husband and me and our son, his wife and two boys. We arrived on Tuesday and left on Sunday. Our son and his family arrived on Friday and left on Sunday. We use wash cloths and there were two for two bathrooms and eventually six people. I purchased washcloths at Carl's Pharmacy in Aspen to have what we needed and took them home with me. We found that there is a "long term" parking area below where we stayed so we could park a second car since there is only one space allotted for each condo. Two nights in a row someone else was parked in our space when we returned from events in Aspen, so we had to park in a space that was not ours. We didn't know what to do to handle that situation and had a note on our car on Sunday morning from a person in one of the condos telling us to not park in their space. There was a big TV but no instructions for operation. We found one channel and the menu but were unable to access different channels from the menu. It always reverted to some "set channel", so I would suggest instructions would be great with a listing of the channels available. What channel can I find HGTV or FOX News on, etc. My husband figured out that he had to use one remote to turn the TV on and then the second remote to try to navigate channels. Our grandson found a channel to watch the info on Queen Elizabeth. Those would be my suggestions for improvements. Our stay was great, comfortable, and enjoyable.

Quiet. Clean. Easy check in. Great location for us east coasters trying to fit a lot in coming to Colorado. We are a family of three and the place was perfect for us. We combo our meals when vacation so we eat out once a day and love having a kitchen for leftovers or for easy cooking which this place provided. Relaxing watching a movie or on deck with a book was also a nice perk. Heat was still on in June (at night we could smell the burning smell of a newly turned on floor heat and we contacted owner/manager and overall we figured it out. We lived in three places in three locations for our first CO trip. This area was our favorite. Walking trail right outside condo and very convenient grocery store etc walkable. I can imagine how convenient it would be in winter bc summer visit was just perfect. Thanks again! Marylanders

Well equipped cozy condo that met all of our needs for me and 3 of my grown sons. We had a great time on the slopes. No need for a car with the shuttle so close. We looked forward to coming back to relax in the evening. We will be back!

Condo is well appointed, comfortable and clean. The view from the living/kitchen area is stunning. Location is killer - walking distance to grocery store/shopping center, and bus stop is literally outside the door. We'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

We loved our stay here! This was a work trip but we gave ourselves an extra day to enjoy the space and are very glad we did. The condo is spacious yet cozy, and the views are gorgeous! The community's hot tub is excellent and the day we went we had it all to ourselves. We were here in late summer but even in the middle of a warm, sunny day, we opened the double set of doors to the deck and stayed cool with a lovely breeze through the unit. Would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing! Location and amenities were great. Check in was super easy. Communication with the owner was very quick!! Loved the fireplace. Great place for a family!

We have stayed in many VRBO places and this may be the most well equipped of any of them. It is comfortable, clean, convenient- by car, shuttle, walking - kitchen has all you need for every age and stage (baby spoons to champagne glasses and everything in between), excellent WiFi and TV options, games and a wood burning fireplace. The view is very nice, especially the sunrise. We were there for skiing which was excellent and I am sure the other seasons would be perfect too. The owner was very easy to work with during the entire process.The only addition I would make is instructions on how to use the heating options. We were a bit warm.

Location was great. Able to walk to either the ski lift or Clark's Market in about 10 minutes time. Alternatively, the free shuttle bus pickup is directly in front of the unit. Hostess was prompt to answer any inquiries and graciously allowed us to check out a few hours later than normal since we had a late afternoon flight. Place has everything you need. We had never been to Snowmass so I was a little worried about not selecting a convenient property. We were pleasantly surprised. In the summer, this provided us a great home base. We could stroll to the village in 20m, have Clark’s in our backyard for the kids to run and grab snacks and whatnot, and we were right on a great running trail for the runners in the group. The bus stop is directly out the front door if we would have needed that for money. Is it right on the slopes, no, but the price reflected that. The big thing for us was waking up to a stellar view every morning. Another plus was how well stocked the kitchen was. While not large, it provided us plenty of room to make most meals here - the grill on the patio was an added bonus. Props to the blender which supplied us Texans with frozen margs every evening at 6! We would definite stay here again.

We ordered our ski rental equipment and made additional purchases at the Christy’s next to Clark’s which was super convenient. The nearby bridge to/from Assay Ski Lift was also a plus. Good rental!

We spent Christmas week here and, for skiers, this is a great location. The condo is very nice and it is literally across the driveway from the shuttle stop to Snowmass (it's about 1/2 mile or a mile to the mountain). The view from the kitchen/livingroom/diningroom is beautiful. One thing we did not know-- and we would still have rented but it was not ideal: the master bathroom is open to the bedroom. Fortunately, it was not a major issue for us and no one was sick. Otherwise, we thought the unit was lovely and really enjoyed our stay here. We had two cars and Alicia called to get us the information on where to park a second car -- her call made it possible for us to get a parking permit when we needed it. This turned out to be very helpful -- and because it didn't snow until our last night, we were able to use free parking (in the "Rodeo" lot at the bottom of the hill) for all but the first and last night.

Our family chooses an "out west" resort to ski at twice a year. This was our first visit to Aspen Snowmass. The ski conditions couldn't have been better, but what made everything perfect was our condo! The bus stop really is just outside the door and super easy to use, we could walk to the grocery store, we had every breakfast and dinner in (the kitchen was that well stocked), check-in was a breeze and the entire condo was spotless. Thank you for allowing our family to rent your condo at a great price and helping us make more memories skiing!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious, clean, and had a great view from the balcony. Our kids also enjoyed the pool / hot tub area. We would definitely stay here again. Our only complaint was that the sleeper sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable after a long day of hiking, but other than that this was a great place!

This condo had all we needed to feel at home and easily access the mountain for skiing - the shuttle stop is literally right next to the parking space for the unit! The view was gorgeous and it was so close to the grocery store. I loved that the heat was radiant, not forced air - not nearly so dry. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great snowboarding vacation staying at this condo. Feels like you’re at home. Perfect sized kitchen with proper utensils and pans. Breakfast bar and high kitchen table were useful. Plus comfy couches and tv with cable were perfect. Bus stop is steps from condo and it’s only a 10 min bus ride to Snowmass Village.

Rented this condo for a weekend getaway for 5 people, and we absolutely loved it! It was in a great location, close to grocery and gas, right by Snowmass Village, and very close to Aspen! The condo was stocked beyond our expectations--towels, bathroom and shower supplies, and everything you could need in the kitchen. We couldn't think of a single thing that we wish the place would have been stocked with, great job! The views off the balcony were also amazing. Owner was very responsive and helpful in answering all of my questions. Would definitely book this place again if we were looking to go back to Aspen or Snowmass!
