Lovely apartment in lovely old town location. Beautiful restaurants and shops nearby, where you can experience the feel of propel traditional Polish food and buy souvenirs.

Hosts have thought very hard on all the small details one might need staying away from home. They were very detailed on how to get there and open to any questions we had. Space very clean and quiet. Would recommend to anyone staying in Warsaw. Glad to have found this hidden gem.

Great stay! As a female traveling alone I felt very safe with all the codes to get into the building/apt. Perfect location and wonderful property with spectacular attention to detail making my stay that much better :) thanks again!

Andrzej is the best and most accommodating host that I have ever had the pleasure to meet. His apartment is superb, containing everything one might need for a holiday vacation abroad. I was enchanted by the location of the apartment, which is in the beautiful, historic old town of Warsaw. You can feel the wonderful old town Warsaw atmosphere as soon as you step out of the apartment onto the Market Square. What is more, the apartment is also a haven of peace qnd tranquility ensuring your night's sleep is undisturbed. What more can one say?

This property was AMAZING. The flat was beautiful and so well-appointed. Every need for an international traveler was anticipated. Check in process was a breeze and communication was responsive. So many thoughtful touches…international adapters, juice and coffee and chocolate on arrival, instructions for all appliances. Literally everything was thought of. Location was close to everything yet super quiet. Would love to come back again.

Jak Warszawa to tylko tu! To już nasz kolejny postój na Starej i- Bóg mi świadkiem! - z pewnością nie ostatni. Organizacja pobytu absolutnie bezproblemowa, kontakt z Gospodarzami o każdej porze błyskawiczny. Gospodarzom zależy na satysfakcji gości, starają się zawsze "wyjść frontem do klienta", np w kwestii godzin przyjazdu czy opuszczenia lokalu. Od naszego pierwszego pobytu na Starej minęło kilka miesięcy a standard mieszkania nie zmienił się o jotę: ciepłe (tym razem byliśmy tu zimą),lśniąco czyste, wygodne, wyposażone we wszystko czego możemy potrzebować. Rynek Nowego Miasta, nieco odsunięty od głównego turystycznego nurtu, zapewnia wszystkie atrakcje Stolicy - punkty handlowe i gastronomiczne, komunikację, zabytki - jednocześnie oferując spokojne otoczenie. Wewnętrzny zielony dziedziniec, na który wychodzi okno sypialni, to także dobre miejsce na relaks czy pozostawienie roweru. Zawsze żal nam stąd wyjeżdżać :) Polecamy! PS. Na pyszne śniadania wystarczy przejść zielonym podwórkiem do "To Lubię" u Dominikanów na Freta (ach, te gorące bułeczki!), obiady w "Lalce" (dawniej "Podkomorzance") to uczta dla naleśnikożerców, miłośnicy pierogów i innych polskich specjałów znajdą coś dla siebie w "Zapiecku", kuchnia włoska kilka kroków dalej, a to wszystko na tej samej ulicy, na Freta. Ach, ta Stara, co za miejsce ;)))

Andrzej is a caring host with a modern and comfy apartment on new town square. There are several restaurants on the square - our favorite was Freta 33. There is also a Sam Plus grocery store down the street. Of course you are down the street from the Barbakan and Old Town Square.

If you want your stay in Warsaw to be memorable - look no further! Nowe Miasto (New Town) is a stone's throw away from the famous Old Town in Warsaw yet it offers you peace and quiet when you want to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Shops, cafes and restaurants are a short walk away from this comfortable appartment. Its entrance overlooks a quiet green patio. The interior - on top of being aesthetically pleasing and clean - is very functional: a big comfy bed , plenty of storage space, a sitting room with two sofas, coffee tables, TV (Netflix!), and an adjacent kitchen area (very well equipped - the coffee machine made the mornings even nicer ;). We have visited many holiday appartments in the past, in Poland and abroad, but only this one offered ALL of the following: a shower in which you dont't bang your elbows against the glass, a surplus of clean towels and toilette paper, a hair dryer that works perfectly, a multitude of electric sockets (and CHARGERS of all kinds!!!), perfectly designed lighting that lets you put the make up on in the bathroom, relax in the sitting room and read in bed (the reading lamps can be dimmed : perfect for when one person falls asleep and the other wants to read just one more chapter ;) ) On arrival we found mineral water, tea, coffee, sugar, jam and even olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the kitchen counter, lots of tourist brouchures , books and guidebooks on Warsaw and an ASUS netbook for the guests to use (WI FI worked very well!) The hosts are extremely helpful kind people who must have put a lot of thought into creating this comfortable space . We couldn't recommend the place more. Great location. Very well decorated. Quiet neighourhood. This apartment has all you need. The owners thought of small details as phone chargers, laptop, coffee maker, coffee and tea.Owners were very helpful. You walk out right to New City Square. Close to many tourist attractions. Don't forget to stop by the fountains in the evening (just a minute walk)to see beautiful color of lights.

This location was walkable to many sites. If using a taxi or Uber, they may not enter the square, so you walk to the end of the block. The apartment is a quality remodel in an old building. There is very good thoughtfulness in the design choices (like lit light switches and a shower drain at the wall so you don’t step on it), and the workmanship. Last, but not least, the hosts have provided many conveniences, like charging cables for all devices, tea, and interesting maps and books about Warsaw. Their InYourPocket map shows the boundaries and significant sites of the WW II Jewish Ghetto. Andrzej was wonderfully responsive and helpful. This was the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in—better than a deluxe boutique hotel!

Wir hatten einen dreitägigen Aufenthalt in diesem traumhaft schönen Appartement. Es war top eingerichtet mit vielen besonderen liebenvollen Details. Alle Funktionalitäten waren genauestens beschrieben wie Herd, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine , Fernseher etc ..., der sehr sehr nette Vermieter war immer erreichbar und hat sich um alle unsere Wünsche sehr bemüht... wir werden hier gerne nochmal buchen !!!! Alles top top top
