Large rooms. Very comfy bed with fluffy pillows, which were fab. The breakfast was exceptional! You need to promote this more, as we had no idea it was going to be that good. Therefore we spent more time enjoying our breakfast rather then just grabbing something and running out the door. I mean, we were on holiday after all.

Noise! Not from inside the hotel, as we heard nothing. Even the nearby road noise wasn’t loud. But, who does hotel maintenance at 1am?! Who was shouting and talking periodically all nite outside?? I got no sleep for 4 days, so you will be fine if you are a heavy sleeper, but I would advise on taking ear plugs. Our room wasn’t cleaned for 4 days. Wasn’t sure if that was because you needed to tell staff to do it or not. It’s a shame, as I would have loved to have stayed again in the future.

I like the fact there are two hotels connected in one big building. Better part is 4 stars and our part was 3 stars hotel.

We stayed there for a week from Monday till Friday and in that period they didn’t clean our room even once :) If I would not asked for a fresh towels we would not get them! It’s written in bathroom that if we leave towels on the floor that means they will change them and give us clean ones. But this happened only once in a week and after I asked.

Great location, view with flying airplanes which is unusual, but I like it. The staff was great. I had an early check-in, very thankful for this opportunity. The huge advantage is that you have airport nearby, approximately 10 min by taxi.

Good location. Good breakfast and restaurant. All according expectations.

We were only staying for one night, before an early flight and it was perfect for what we needed. Room was very spacious, clean and looked brand new. Very comfortable beds, good sound proofing. Great location (near supermarkets, Mcdonalds, tram routes and very close to the airport). Easy check in and check out. Would happily stay again!

We were not provided with coffee sachets on arrival and had to ask for some, but they were delivered fast to the room. We were also not aware that you have to ask for heating to be turned up at the Reception and it took few hours to heat up. Shampoo/body wash and hand soap dispensers were mixed up and we could not remove them to swap them, but those were just minor issues and we had a very comfortable stay overall.

Generally it's a pretty nice hotel, in close proximity to the airport. The rooms were large and comfortable. Nice clean bathroom with a large shower.

We had an apartment booked for family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) with one bed and one with sofa bed for the children . We arrived with small kids after midnight, exhausted arriving straight from the airport after the delayed flight. But the room was only ready for 2 people, not 4. We called reception and after 10min we received extra bedding and towels but we had to make the bed which I found a little bit strange.

very nice room with comfortable beds. Great communication nearby and delicious food within walking distance from the hotel.
