By far the worst place I have ever stayed. The outside has broken glass in front yard and driveway- extremely unsafe for my child. The neighbors were loud and parked in front yards and blocked you in the driveway. The kitchen had nothing to cook with- we had to buy our own frying pan. There was something g sticky and pink all over the house. Furniture was broken. Washer and dryer are quite loud. The games in the garage are broken. The pool heater was broken. Walls were filthy- smudges, scrapes, holes throughout upstairs. Upstairs bathroom toilet didn’t work. Poor water pressure for showers. Two beds don’t have pillows. Don’t stay here!!!!

would not recommend to stay. hot tub doesnt heat up nor make bubbles as it should. pool table isnt even and pool sticks are worn out and broken so cant be used. no ac in game room. air hokey table doesnt blow any air do isnt usable either. pretty much the game room is useless. bathroom up stairs doesnt have no hot running water. the house was nice and the kids enjoyed the pool but i would book again. too many little things that we looked flrwsrd to using that we werent able to. very disappinted.

There were loose wires hanging from the walls, not sure if the were live or not. The picture leads you to believe it has a hot tub but the jets didn’t work. No water at all in one upstairs bath tub, kitchen sink faucet was broken and we had to call to get it repaired. The man came to fix it around 10 pm and left the door open every time he had to go to his tool box in his truck so the house was full of bugs. Two of my grand children had to sleep on the floor because the trundle bed was broken and unusable. No parking is allowed on the street but there are only 2 parking spaces for a house that is advertised to accommodate up to 15 people. There is so much traffic congestion in the evenings it can take up to 1/2 hour to just get into the subdivision and thru the gate. All in all we had a good time because we were with family and the manager sent someone to clean in the morning but the cleaning that was needed was on a carpet cleaning, wall washing, hands and knees two day scrub.

Perfect house for families to come and have fun in Disney. I just wish they didn’t charge so much extra for a grill and heating pool.

Beautiful Golf Community for a family vacation
This gated champions gate community is clean, lovely and family friendly. The house was very near (walkable) to the club house which had a movie theater, restaurant and great pools. The Disney parks are easily 20-30 minutes away based on time of day you are getting there. Universal was even farther! There are limited restaurants in the area (none walkable other than the clubhouse) but we did go into the Omni resort which is near and played golf there as well which was lovely. Golf courses near-by with the nicest being the Ritz Carlton (30 minutes). The house is large, open and had all the "baby" items we needed for an infant. The pool was clean and the BBQ worked great. Here is my only (rather large) complaint: There is literally no stock of any sort in the kitchen. You will need to buy salt, pepper, garbage bags, soap, dish rag, all groceries including sugar, coffee, etc. There are dishes and pots/pans, but no provisions of any kind. Most places we've stayed before at least had salt and pepper! If you like to cook you'll need to buy all your spices! The trash is dumped daily in a system right outside the front door, but you will need plenty of garbage bags and none supplied. You will need detergent for clothes and the dishwasher. There are decorative hand soap pumps in the bathrooms, but dry as a bone. There are no wash cloths, only hand towels and bath towels. The house appears quite new: new paint, new flooring, well appointed, but the carpet is old and dirty (so weird). All the rooms have working televisions and the kids rooms are so cute (our grandson loved the bunk beds!), but the beds are hard and bedding cheap. There are plenty of extra pillows and blankets to use though. The neighbors seem to be all vacationing as well and we saw security often - feels quite safe! In general, for a weeks family vacation it was a great location, but if you are going for the parks only and are only staying a few days you can get closer. If you love golf, it is a great location. It is not for gourmet cooks, but if you have a small infant it is helpful that there is a high chair and a play pen available.
