We only stayed for one night, but the property seemed nice, with good amenities! Beds were comfy and the showers had good water pressure!

I absolutely loved this condo, everything about it was great. The staff were so accommodating and helpful. It was beautifully decorated, the pool was amazing. And heated!! The beds were so comfortable, and My kids loved that both bedrooms had a king size bed!
My only complaint is that VRBO didn’t communicate with the resort and they had trouble finding my reservation. (I did book short notice though, the day before we arrived.) But the resort went above and beyond and found it for us.

Terrible! They didn’t have a reservation for me despite it being prepaid & confirmed by Vrbo. After an hour at the check in desk they gave us a different room with not enough beds for 2 days. Then we had to repack & move to the correct room after it opened up. No one offered anything off & Vrbo blames the hotel and the hotel blamed Vrbo.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The check in process was easy and fast. Parking was plentyful and I loved the fact that they use wrist bands as your room key. Made it super easy to roam the theme parks without fearing to lose my key card.
Rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and the provided TVs had plenty of channels. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. We did not get a chance to have breakfast and the Wilson Restaurant but we will for sure do so next time as it looked brand new and the food looked great.

Never got responses back to questions asked prior to trip. Multiple people had to assist with checkin. They acted like this was the first time they rented through VRBO. TV mounted on the wall crooked.

Orlando is host to over 125,000 hotel rooms. The possibilities of where you can stay are vast. In this post pandemic world I have learned to not expect too much in the customer service department. It seems that it is lacking everywhere you turn. This hotel is a pleasant exception to that. From the moment you arrive you are greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. Every member of the staff that I encountered, front desk, housekeeping, food service and pool attendants alike were all exceptional. The weekend activities poolside were so much fun. I really can not say enough and know where to go when I return to Orlando.

This was an excellent option for staying ver close to downtown Celebration & being able to bring your family dog. Resort was clean and was excellent for plenty of hand sanitizer stations to protect from germs.

I love Melìa Orlando. We had so much fun during our stay. Even our dog enjoyed the stay and the dog park. Staff are very friendly and very accommodating.

Pool area was beautiful and the entertainment on Fri & Sat night was nice. Very spacious 2 bedroom and property is pet friendly. Very close to Disney properties. We did have several problems with random charges showing on our credit card during our twelve night stay. We brought it to the attention of Stephen Sepos- Front Dest Manager. Stephen was very efficient in correcting the errors , he communicated with us daily and even came to the pool several times to update us. He is a true asset for the property. We did not use the daily housekeeping as that is a added fee. Would definitely stay again.

Accommodations were great, the pool was beautiful, restaurant and bar onsite was a huge perk. Centrally located but also far enough away from main roads and shops that it wasn't noisy. We would definitely stay here again!
