About the house: Clean, smelly, everything new and working, easy and quick access for check in and check out, Alan was an excellent host, the location excellent. We will definitely come back and rent again.

Well kept and more than enough space. Some construction started this meant leaving subdivision via a makeshift bumpy dirt road when going places.

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I wanted to share our wonderful experience with you. From the very beginning, our vacation exceeded our expectations. The home we rented was perfect in every way. The spaciousness and layout were exactly as advertised, allowing all 12 of us to comfortably relax and enjoy our time together. The unique character rooms were an absolute hit with the children (the Star Wars room and Mario living room were a home run with the kids!!), who were thrilled to have their own special spaces. And let's not forget the pool! The kids spent hours splashing around and having a blast. It was truly a joy to see them so happy. Even our 86 year old grandma enjoyed the pool! The grill access was great as well allowing us to experience true pool days. I also wanted to commend you on your exceptional service. Your prompt responses to our questions and concerns via email were greatly appreciated. Your attentiveness and willingness to address our needs made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for being such a fantastic host! The Solara Resort itself was outstanding. The clubhouse area and pool were fantastic amenities that we took full advantage. The location of the resort was also excellent, as it provided easy access to Disney World and other nearby attractions. It made our daily adventures convenient and stress-free.

This property was simply amazing. The home had all the amenities one would need. Everything was clean and the owner communication was spot on. There was not one complaint. We took our adult children and 3 of our grandkids, they loved the pool as did we. I think the location is perfect, most places you travel to there is traffic so nothing new there. The resort had a nice workout room and water park that we didn’t truly take advantage of. I recommend that if you plan on hanging in the pool at night to go ahead and pay the extra to have it heated. The weather was extremely hot and humid but at night the pool wasn’t warm enough for us adults, of course the kids didn’t care lol.

This was an excellent home for our Disney vacation, saving us the expense of Disney lodging. Only a 20-25 minute drive to the parks. Perfect for families, the kids loved the themed bedrooms. Very clean. Alan responded within 5 minutes on all texts, even an early morning one. Great host. The real surprise was access to Solara Resort. Nice pools for the kids, good food, excellent bar, and workout facility. Plenty of great golf in the area, Champions Gate 10 minutes away. This will be our Orlando destination in the future.

This house is as-advertised and was impeccably clean. The kids absolutely loved all the themed rooms and had so much fun exploring them and playing in their rooms, the playroom, and the game room. We visited over Memorial Day weekend and the neighborhood was pretty crowded and a bit loud at times, which is to be expected on a holiday weekend. The splash pad was also a huge hit with our kids and the food and drinks at the restaurant and bar at the splash pad/clubhouse were surprisingly good. Alan was also very responsive to any questions we had.

Perfect property for large multi-family groups! Alan was great, and the home spotless with new linens throughout. The pool/hot tub and amenities make it hard to leave and make a trip to the parks. Thanks for a great weekend getaway!
