Hallo zusammen. Wir wollten einen großen Dank sagen für einen unseren schönsten Urlauben die wir je unternommen haben. Der Service und das Ambiente im Hotel war herausragend gut und das ist zu 100 Prozent verdient, deshalb haben wir es mit 10 Sterne bewertet. Sie haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und alle Mitarbeiter haben uns das Gefühl gegeben als wären wir Zuhause, wie eine große Familie. Dafür wollten wir uns ganz herzlich Bedanken. Es ist immer wieder eine Reise wert im nächsten Jahr zu Euch ins Hotel Cross Pattaya Oceanphere zu kommen. My partner and I chose to stay here as we were drawn to the private pool, design of the villa and the floor to ceiling glass panels and high ceilings. Overall, the villa was great - speakers were good, clean, bed, pillows and sheets were super comfy!

What I found rather mediocre was the breakfast spread - it was a semi-buffet. You can only choose one main dish and the buffet dishes were just alright. The staffs were good but not super friendly. Location of this hotel is also quite far - no Grabs transport available late at night and also no Grab food available in the middle of the night and no in-villa dining available too. So if you're the type who stays up late - stock up on some snacks!

Need to ask for refilling toiletries everyday.

We have been double charged and despite email reminder the refund process has already takem more than 2 weeks and we still have not received any refund today.

Nice comfortabele rooms with private swimmingpool. Very good breakfast with many choice. We like the wine and tapas in the afternoon. Very quiet place and a few restaurants on walking distance, 25 minutes by taxi to Pattaya for some shopping and fun.

No shuttle to the beach in evening.
