Nice old home. My youngest son had asthma, but thanks to Robyn for putting us into a room that has no carpet. Also, the room had more space for us families of five no air-conditioning, but Robyn gave us the second fans. The owner and her partner are lovely, bathroom, kitchen are clean

Convenient location and great place with lots of character. I enjoyed the balcony view at night, and the gardens.

Location was excellent. We walked into town for dinner. Gorgeous grounds and fabulous wrap-around balcony where we sat in the early evening.

Despite being a B&B no breakfast is on offer mid-week. It was very cold. There was a heater in the room and extra blankets were available on request, however hosts do not live on site (we were warm enough in bed overnight). TV and heater were unplugged in living room but we managed to watch a bit of TV before bed rugged up in our snow gear.
