Food ready on time and it was hot. Staff excellent.

Door to outside the kitchen left open and a cold wind was blowing in early in the morning.

Great breakfast included. Pub below with drinks at good prices and female friendly atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Central CBD position but quiet. Great facillities including parking. Friendly helpful staff. Lift to upper floors. Charming country style pub with mod cons. Could not have asked for more. Greatly exceeded my expectations

I was happy with everything and would stay again and would recommend to other travellers. It's not the Ritz but it is amazing.

This was good value (hot breakfast included!) in the centre of Bathurst. It was above the pub, but very quiet on the two nights I stayed there. I had a terrific sleep. Staff are uniformly wonderful.

The room was quiet, great location. The breakfast was amazing, loved it. The staff were friendly and very accommodating and helpful.

There was a 4 inch step into bathroom which could be a trip hazard. There was a sign on the door but need a ramp, or yellow tape along edge of step at least.

Including breakfast in the price is a great idea.

The shower was leaking, a little more general maintenance would help. Also the lift does have a sudden jolt when it stops on the floor, that would make some guests a little uncomfortable. Access to the hotel from the rear of the building would also help.

There were lots of cobwebs on the outside of the window, providing a very rustic feel. Could do with a little spruce up.

The place was exceptional, great staff, friendliness, great pub down stairs and close to everything. The breakfast was great! I love Bathurst and it never lets me down!

Unfortunately there was no hot water in morning. Two had freezing showers and I did not shower. They advised that had to wait for Manager to turn on.

There was bugs on the bed, asked to be moved to new room but the night manager would not move the 3 girls, she refused and hung up the phone twice. I had to book another accommodation.

Excellent location in the centre of town. Very good room with ensuite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic - everything you'd want in a big breakfast. I'd stay there again.

Staff were really friendly and service was great especially the lovely lady cooking us breakfast the next morning. The Knicker is situated in an ideal location being in the center of Bathurst. They also had off street parking in a secure location at the back of the pub. Beer was cold and tasted great along with the food. Being in the middle of winter in Bathurst the heating in the place was excellent with a very comfy room. I'd recommend staying here if your single or a couple.

Its not a deluxe motel so don't expect everything 5star dining. Great value for money has everything you want

Loved the central location. Staff allowed us to park our motorbikes in a safe and secure monitored location. Having a lift to the upper floors was a nice change to our pub stay experience. Breakfast was great.

The bistro wasnt open that night.

The property was idealistic location central to everything.

Very friendly staff excellent food. Left my nightgown there they posted it to me free of charge.Will book next year we come up for Panthers game. That was the only disappointment of the weekend.
