Very convenient, clean and beautifully furnished.

Convenient to town, clean and bigger than we were expecting.

The property had everything you needed except a decent coffee machine, even a plunger would have been better than instant coffee.

Affordable and comfortable place for 2 couples or family wanting to explore Bathurst and surrounds

Spacious modern layout with 2 separate and very large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Well appointed kitchen. Outdoor area for breakfast or afternoon tea. Just 2-3 minutes from local pubs and restaurants. Quiet area with ample street parking. Ease of check in and check out process.

Not much - no plugger for coffee but that's about all. All other basics provided

a fabulous home in a quiet street close to centre of Bathurst

the home is beautifully presented, comfortable, warm and has all you need for a short or long stay.

there was nothing thing to not like! the only suggestion which I think someone else mentioned was the lack of a coffee machine! but lots of great coffee shops in Bathurst!

It was awesome. Can’t believe how lucky we were. So beautifully furnished. Everything you need.

My only criticism was that one of the bath towels had a huge stain on it, but didn’t notice till the end. Otherwise it was awesome.

More spacious than expected, very comfortable. central heating was fantastic. Lounge, showers, beds etc all perfect.

The kitchen had almost everything, but a coffee plunger would have been good (maybe it was hiding :))

Cosy, not so little, Villa.

It was bigger than expected, modern, clean, and centrally located. Beds were comfortable, the place had strong yet quiet air conditioning, kitchen was well stocked, and although we didn't get to use it, the bbq and outdoor area looked really nice.

I can't think of anything.

The property was well equipped and met our needs. It was spacious and modern.

The plantation shutters didn’t block out the street light outside our window and let light into both bedrooms early in the morning.

Perfectly accommodated our family for a weekend sports trip. Beautiful apartment

Great location, beautifully renovated apartment, very clean

Artificial fragrances were very overwhelming. Ceiling fans would be terrific for added comfort.

Clean, modern house. Great tv. Very comfy lounge. Good facilities and location. Good base to explore the area.

Dryer didnt work, wifi kept dropping out because modem in cupboard away from living room. No heated towel rails so towels didnt dry beyween use. Minor stuff stopping 10/10.

Location was great, close to town, walking distance to bars and restaurants. House was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed for our weekend stay. Adam was very responsive and helpful. There was free on street parking outside the house and we had no problem parking all weekend.

Excellent apartment close to everything

The apartment was beautifully furnished and decorated. Rooms were a good size and beds were very comfortable. Loved everything about the apartment.

Probably the only negative feedback I could give was that the apartment was very cold when we arrived. The ducted air conditioning warmed the entire apartment up quickly

Fabulous place!

We loved staying here - it was modern, spotless and had everything you could need. It was a great location and we would highly recommend this place to anyone heading to Bathurst. Thank you Adam for being so accommodating.
