A sólo 400 metros del océano en Silver Lake. Uso de piscina climatizada de agua salada en el suelo. Aire acondicionado central y calefacción a gas. Silver Lake está justo al otro lado de la calle - excelente ciclismo, correr o caminar.
Primer piso es un plan de planta de concepto abierto. Amplia área de cocina con nevera grande equipada con doble máquina de hielo y nevera de vino / bebidas. La mesa del comedor se abre al asiento 8.
Segundo piso tiene 2 dormitorios, cada uno con su propio baño completo, y una lavadora / secadora.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size. El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 juegos de literas (para 4 personas de menos de 225 libras en las literas superiores o 2 adultos de menos de 250 libras en las literas inferiores). Uno de los sofás de la sala de estar se abre en una cama de matrimonio con una sala de polvo de la primera planta. La casa de playa puede dormir 8 adultos.

Booked this place for my family & I to enjoy the last bit of summer weather left. So happy I did. Looks exactly like the pictures, if not better! Vincent & Nick were super kind & accommodating. Wish I could give 10 stars!

I stayed here the week after Labor Day with my husband, 3 month old baby, in laws and golden doodle. It is just one block to walk to the beach and across from a beautiful lake with a large park around for walks. We absolutely loved having the heated pool and outdoor shower, as well as fenced in yard for dog. The house is as pictured - very beautiful and clean. The hosts were very kind and attentive. They do live in the house in front - the rental is essentially in the backyard and connected by the pool/patio space. It was nice to have early access to the pool ahead of 4pm check in. The house has everything you need for a week at the beach including towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Perfect location, steps away from beach! Private cottage with beautiful furnishings & decor, all linens, bath towels, beach towels and badges included. Bonus: heated salt water pool! Beach accessories provided too! Just bring yourself, every amenity is provided by this fantastic host!

I know it’s the beach that brings you to Belmar, but there’s nothing like a pool on a super hot day. Yet, the beach is less than a block away and never crowded. We fortunately got to enjoy both. The outdoor shower and bathroom were very clean and convenient.
Even better, they welcomed our sweet goldendoodle which is a huge plus. She loved having a backyard with a pool and plenty of space to run around.
The house is immaculate and comfortable, looks just like the pics. We were there with our two boys and everyone had fun. Coffee and food is just three blocks away.
The owners are super welcoming and helpful. They took care of one issue we had immediately.
We hope to return next year! Thank you for an amazing week!!

110 5th Avenue Sea Cottage was a beautiful house with a perfect location right near the beach/boardwalk. The hosts were very nice and helpful. However, the host was always around / no privacy which was not mentioned on the contract that his property was in front of the house that we stayed in. But if that does not bother you, it was a wonderful house to rent my friends and I had fun for a birthday weekend.

We rented with the intention of having a party which was unfortunately canceled due to the weather. Vince was a professional throughout the process and very helpful with his suggestions. While we couldn't use the space for what we had intended, we would absolutely recommend it for anyone looking to do the same. It's a perfect spot for a beach getaway weekend.

I had a great experience. Everything was super clean. The beds were superb. The host was very responsive and welcoming. The beach is just about 800 feet away. Beautiful lake just right outside the front door. Which amazingly peaceful. You have supermarkets and restaurants less than 2 miles away. There’s also a 7/11 and Walgreens about 3 minutes away if you want something quick. Overall it’s was an amazing experience. Thanks to the host for making my family feel comfortable and for being so attentive.

This is the best place you could pick for a vacation rental. I don’t have enough superlatives to describe the indoor and outdoor settings. Our family enjoyed every moment. If I had to choose, my favorite was the heated pool, and second the close proximity to the beach.

My bridal party, mother of bride and groom, hair, makeup, and photographer came to this house to get us all ready for my wedding day! It was an amazing time and the owners could not have been more gracious. This property is directly across from a beautiful lake and gazebo, so if you are in search of a “first look” spot for your wedding - this was spectacular! Also, the upstairs bedroom has a very classy nautical vibe to it, so if you are looking for a “jersey shore” themed photo opp, it works out great! The outdoor area is also great for swimming and or popping champagne! I had a great time and hope to be back again!

This was our second year at the cottage and it was just as we remembered. Our family of three had a fun time walking to the beach and coming home to enjoy the pool. My son loved the bunk beds! Staying here feels like home away from home with all the amenities you can think of.

My family of 5 had a great time in Belmar at Vincent’s property. We have young kids (6,4 and 5 months) so the pool is key. It is quite unique to find a house at the Jersey shore that has one. Our two oldest were in it constantly. The house has a great layout, and was exceptionally clean when we arrived. Washer dryer was a nice addition as well. We’ll be back.

What a beautiful property! It was the perfect place to celebrate my teenage daughter’s birthday, grilling and swimming in the large outdoor space. The pool was enjoyed by all. Having a fenced in yard made it stress free to have our pup with us. The house was tastefully decorated, every detail thought of and extremely clean. The beach is so close and Vincent’s son was there to greet us and ensure we had everything we needed! This is one of the top places we’ve stayed at in a long time! We hope to be back!

Exactly as advertised. Even closer to the beach than we imagined. A big added bonus having beach chairs, umbrellas and towels all there. The pool was perfect to come back to after the beach. We hope to come again some day!

The house was extremely clean and the pool area was beautiful. I loved that there were garbage bins all over the yard and the two fridges in the shed were so helpful!
