This is a wonderful property accurately depicted in the photos. It is in a great location, right on the beach, with a swimming pool and beautiful ocean water. The house is extremely well stocked. The security is great with full time guards in a private gated area. The housekeeper Rosanna was great. She was very discreet, non-intrusive and seemed to be in a constant state of making sure everything was clean and orderly. We were 3 generations, with 2 adults 69-74, 6 middle generation and 4 small grandkids. There was plenty of snorkeling available, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards and a host who checked in by text regularly to see whether there was anything we were missing, with a caretaker Mr. Romeo who made sure all needs were me. He also met us at the airport, did some shopping for us and arranged two catered in home meals which were delicious. The home furnishings were great. Everything was perfect.

The owner of the property, Katalin is an absolute delight. She’s poured so much heart into this property that you can feel it from the second you open the car door. It’s literally the best location on the island. We swam right out to snorkel and saw sting rays, turtles, puffer fish and so many more varieties of fish!
The staff is very accommodating and professional. Recommendations for excursions were top notch! We had in villa massages, parasailing with Marvin, boat day with TCI excursions (captain Rice), rented a car and drove to various beaches across the island, and Mr Romeo prepared the most delicious in room meal. It was literally the vacation of our dreams!
The owner was such a joy to speak. We absolutely adore her!

Our stay at Villa Oasis was fantastic! Our group was 4 mums and 4 daughter , the Villa was perfect for us !
Its front Beach location in Grace Bay is a perfect spot , the Villa is very comfortable and cozy and fully equipped! It had everything we needed for great vacations ! It is also very secure.
The host , Mrs Katalin , is the best host ever , she is 100% of the time available , and so very carefull and worried that we had a good stay. The staff in the property Mr Romeo and Ms Rosana were also fantastic.
If someone is visiting Providenciales at Turks and Caicos with family or friends this is by far the best place to stay.

Villa Oasis is located on a gorgeous beach and the tropical landscaping is beautiful! The villa is perfect for large groups and Katalin, the host, is not only very personable but very responsive. It was a wonderful experience and we expect to return.

My husband and I took our adult kids with us and the 7 of us thought it was amazing. My husband and son are doctors and our daughter is an RN and our son-In-law works as an Exxon drilling supervisor off shore and it has been the first vacation where we were able to line up everyone’s schedules! A great post Covid get away. We didn’t even feel like we had to venture out too far. We booked a private catamaran snorkeling charter and they picked us up and returned us at our beach.
The house keeping service truly allowed me to be pampered. Rosanna was there every morning tidying up and keeping kitchen and bedrooms clean.I love to have my bed made every morning but it is luxury to have someone else make it for you! Thank you Rosanna!
Mr Romeo was off the charts attentive to all our wants and needs from pre shopping for groceries to taking us down to a night at a restaurant on the beach. Every time we called he was there for us. His attentiveness was so professional that I don’t think any other experience will top his!
I can not say enough about the owner of Villa Oasis. She is the consummate host! She always is willing to take any call and would put your mind at ease about any of your concerns. She even called us on the first day to make sure everything was to our liking. We rent a Vrbo home about 3 times a year snd we have never experienced this level of dedication to providing us with the best experience each and every day.

Fantastic property. Beach access was steps away. We had 3 families staying there and it worked out fabulously. Kaitlin was very helpful in giving out recommendations for dining, activities and transportation. Mr. Romeo was always available if needed. Highly recommend Villa Oasis.

Beautiful home where you can walk out the back door and snorkel - find stingrays, all sorts of beautiful fish! House is beautiful and the house manager Romeo was so helpful! We all loved it so much!! What a gift - and Grace Beach is everything I imagined. Katalin recommended different companies for a few day trips which was incredible. Wonderful once in a lifetime trip it was perfect!

Katalin is the most amazing host, so kind and thoughtful! Romeo picked us up from the airport and brought us to the villa, which he had already stocked with groceries. Located right on Grace Bay Beach, the villa is gorgeous. It is beautifully appointed with art collections and antiques, each room is stunning. The Villa is tucked into a lush tropical paradise making it feel very private, yet steps away from the insanely gorgeous turquoise ocean with powdery sand beach. It felt like we had the beach to ourselves.
Romeo helped us with our every need and drove us where we wanted to go. We had daily maid service and felt very pampered. I am just heartbroken to have to leave this place, lol. It’s a gem, much better than a 5 star resort!

This was our second time staying at Villa Oasis and it was even more magical the second time! This was our first full family vacation together since my sister and I were kids and it was amazing to reconnect with her and my Dad. Katalin is a wonderful hostess and always responds immediately to any questions. Romeo was so helpful - helping us get to and from the airport and car rental facility, shopping for our groceries in advance of our trip and surprising us with coconuts grown on property. Every night was a more spectacular sunset than the night before. The view and beach access are the absolute best. We are already planning to return again next year! Thank you Katalin and Romeo for a vacation to remember!

The location is beautiful, direct ocean front, private Villa on Grace Bay with an infinity pool. The Villa had plenty of room for out multi-generational family of 10. Our host was incredibly welcoming and informative and both Romeo and Rosanna made sure everything was just perfect.

Excellent location, fabulous outdoor space! We are an extended family of 8 adults, 2 babies & a toddler & rented the main house. We greatly appreciated having daily maid service & Mr. Romeo available to us for transportation & anything else we needed. Both made our week very relaxing! Kaitalin, the owner, was very welcoming! We felt like we were visiting family! She checked in during our stay & was very helpful with recommendations, etc. We would definitely recommend Villa Oasis!

This property is located right on Grace Bay! They have everything you need for the beach and pool. The kids enjoyed endless hours on the paddle boards, snorkeling, and searching for seashells. There are some places within walking distance but if you need a ride Romeo will be able to assist. Romeo made this trip so wonderful by attending to our needs throughout the week. He made endless trips to the store for us so we could enjoy the sunshine. Katalin was such a charm to talk to. She made sure everything was in place before our travels so we had the best experience and could actually enjoy our vacation. This home has plenty of space for our group of 15. It was cleaned daily which was nice with all the sand the kids tracked around. The housekeeper was so efficient and out of our way you barley knew she was there. I would highly recommend this home for your next stay on TCI!

Just returned from a week at Villa Oasis. Traveled with two other couples and there was plenty of room and privacy. The absolute best part of this house is the outside. The views from the pool deck are stunning! Looks like a picture. Our guys spent a lot of time on the platform down by ocean watching the waves and the people walking by. There is literally not another rental property like this one on this stretch of the beach. The beach itself is also beautiful and great for walking. Some of the best snorkeling I've ever seen was right in front of the Villa. There was a marked reef just a short walk down the beach, but it was just as good in front of Villa and not as busy.
It was very helpful to have Romeo available to drive us wherever we wanted so we didn't have to get an expensive taxi. He never turned us down for anything asked of him.
The only disappointment was that we could not watch the NFL playoff games or college basketball from the Villa. The bedrooms TV's were not working and the living room tv only worked for apps like Netflix. Normally we wouldn't be watching tv on vacation but wanted to catch these big games.
Overall, we had a fabulous vacation!

Went on a 5 night trip with 3 other couples. The property was clean and very well stocked. Katalin was very easy to deal with and very helpful. The location of this property can not be beat. Romeo was a great addition. He grocery shopped for us and took us to and from anywhere we wanted to go. He also arranged for a private chef to come in and cook us a dinner. The pool and beach area are beautiful. We will definitely be back.

For my wife’s 60th birthday celebration (turned out we celebrated two years later due to Covid) she wanted to go somewhere warm with her children and grandchildren (11 of us in all). And she wanted it to be a private location - not a noisy resort. Villa Oasis met and exceeded our wildest expectations. The Villa opens up to a deck and infinity pool which oversees Grace Bay. The Villa itself was spacious and welcoming - with a large common area and plenty of bedrooms. And the separate, but attached, apartment was perfect for my son, his wife and their three children ages 5, 4 and 1 1/2.
And Romeo was the consummate house attendant - handling everything from arranging taxi service to assisting with grocery shopping. He also assisted an outside chef who prepared two exquisite meals on Sunday evening and Friday evening of our visit - how special to have the meals prepared before your eyes as you enjoyed a glass of wine in anticipation.
As I mentioned, our stay far exceeded our expectation - my wife was overjoyed. We even had a professional photo shoot on Monday night leading up to the sunset on Grace Bay - beautiful memories! If you are thinking about going, stop thinking and just do it. You’ll be happy you did. Cheers!

Villa Oasis surpassed our expectations. The villa was lovely and spacious, providing plenty of space for our group of 8. The location couldn't be beat, within walking distance of good snorkeling and near restaurants and bars. We enjoyed the pool and lounge chairs with a view of the most beautiful beach and ocean. The lush palm trees provided plenty of shade for lounging about on warm days.
Romeo was wonderful and helpful with whatever we needed. The owner is very kind and welcoming.
We plan to be return guests!

The home was roomy and very comfortable for lounging, game nights, reading. The kitchen was great and has everything you might need. The highlights were the pool and the beach access. Walk from the pool to the beach that has great snorkeling. We found no need to drive to check out other areas as we had everything right on the property. Communication with Katalin was outstanding And appreciated and Romeo helped us with all our needs. Hated to leave!

Our family of 8, including two grandchildren, 4 and 2, thoroughly enjoyed Villa Oasis, especially the pool and the fab beach. Our stay was enhanced by the attentive and caring presence of Romeo, who was so wonderful, helpful to our every need. We also rented the separate 2 bedroom apartment which was terrific as well.

We had 4 babies with us on this trip and the location made everything SO convenient! No hauling stuff back and forth to get to the beach. The sand and waves of turquoise and royal blue water are just 2-10 feet away from the 3 or 4 steps that lead from the lushly landscaped villa property. The home is beautiful, with views from every room, and obviously well lived in as everything seems to have been provided for in the most convenient location! Kayaks near the water, view of the ocean from the infinity pool, outdoor and indoor eating areas, comfortable lounging. Romea arranged for any request we made, which included a private chef, boat tours that picked us up from the water at the house, babysitters, dinner reservations, laundry, and cleaning up after us. Also, the nearby snorkeling was fabulous! We saw more fish at the reef a short walk from the house than we did on the snorkeling tour. Katalin was easy to communicate with, really fun to talk to, and took care of every detail. Truly a 5 star experience for the 11 of us.

My husband and I and our friends (8 of us) rented the main part of the villa (4 bedrooms) for a relaxing getaway. It couldn't have been any better! Villa Oasis is a beautiful, private villa on the most perfect beach I've ever been to. Katalin is a lovely person and was very helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure that we had everything we needed before and during our stay. Romeo was there to meet us at the airport and available every day to take care of every one of our needs (groceries, driving, laundry, etc). Romeo hired a chef to come to the house and cook a fantastic, full course, gourmet seafood dinner. We had planned to go out to dinner more than we did but it was so nice at the villa that we wanted to take our time and linger together in our perfect spot. We honestly couldn't have been any happier and we are planning out next trip back.

This place is a little bit of paradise on earth. There’s a lot packed into this property – a beach, swimming pool, amazing landscaping, even a hammock by the beach. You can rest in a lounge chair above the seawall and enjoy the beach without getting sandy, if you choose. There were SUP boards and sea kayaks for our use. There is space for indoor and outdoor dining. The property abuts some villas that are part of the sprawling Beaches complex next door, to the east. To the west, just 100 or so yards away, is the “Coral Garden.” You can snorkel directly in front of the property, or a 5 minute beach walk to Coral Garden. We saw beautiful coral, rays and a variety of fish. There are also turtles there but we didn’t see any. Katalin was a gracious and friendly host. She and her late husband built the home about 20 years ago. There was a lot of attention to detail, and we enjoyed her artwork and décor. We understand that’s subjective, so just check out the photos. Katalin lives in an apartment behind the home, and she’s around if needed. Her assistant, Romeo, will pick you up from the airport, arrange for groceries, private chef, parasailing, etc. Vehicles have to pass a gate with a guard and there is onsite security in the evening. There is daily housekeeping. We really enjoyed our time at Villa Oasis and hope to return.

We recently stayed at Villa Oasis with our children and grandchildren - it was perfect! The Villa is absolutely gorgeous and the grounds, beautiful. Our host, Katalin and concierge, Romeo were very hospitable and readily available to help with our every need and wants. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at Villa Oasis and we definitely plan to return.

If you enjoy staying in a villa but want to be close to all the action, this is THE place for you! Villa Oasis is right on Grace Bay, with Beaches & Windsong on each side (a short walk down to either). We swam down to Bight Reef several times to catch the snokel scene at different times of the day, we tried out the paddle boards & kayaks provided, we lazily floated around in crystal waters just down our backyard steps, we hung out in our private pool in the afternoons to get a little shade, we walked down to Somewhere to get a few drinks when we didn't feel like making them ourselves, and we enjoyed the spacious living/dining areas when we had dinner in on the nights we didn't feel like going out! We froze tenderloins & brought them in for steak night, then made the trimmings into fajitas another night. The kitchen was well-appointed, with everything you might need for cooking a large meal for several people. (We had 14 in our family from 13 to 71 years old.) As Katalin, the owner of the villa told me, this is not a house that was built with rental in mind. It is truly a family's second home that they rent out when not in use.
Not only was Katalin the sweetest hostess, she has also considered so many things to ensure here guests have a wonderful time on vacation.
Villa Oasis had several amenities that are a bit unusual for a villa rental. We had a housekeeper that came a few hours a day & tidied things up (SO nice not to have to do all this ourselves! It's the main drawback of staying in a home, and it was eliminated! She made the beds, swept the sand (inevitable!) from floors, helped out with dishes if we had any-we tried to keep those going in the dishwasher, and replenished paper towels, tp, etc.). Romeo, the caretaker, met us at the airport to help us navigate our way into the gated area where the house sits. He was so very gracious - offering to help us with anything we needed - even driving some of our group to Salt Mills shopping area & to the golf course. He is familiar with all the testing facilities in the area, and can assist with that, as well, if needed. (We arranged Omni to come to the villa to do our testing so we didn't have the hassle of going out.) He is a jewel, and we were so grateful for him.

We had a family of 6 adults and 5 children ages 4-11. We cannot express how wonderful this property and location was. So nice to be on the beach, almost a private beach. The swimming pool was a hit for the kids and felt great after snorkeling nearby. The vistas were beautiful from the patio, the pool, the house and the area overlooking the beach. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. There were numerous pool toys, life vests, flippers, kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel masks, etc. Katalin the owner was a terrific hostess and Romeo, her assistant, was extremely helpful and responsive. We couldn't have been more pleased with this property, the location and Katalin. It was the trip of a lifetime for all of us.

Just got back from a phenomenal 10 day stay at Villa Oasis; there were 8 of us, six adults and two 4 year olds. As others have stated, the house itself is a bit dated and definitely not contemporary. As the owner states in the video and listing, it feels like someone's home with their particular aesthetic. However, the outdoor space and location along Grace Bay is absolutely phenomenal. We looked at a lot of other homes on the beach on this island, and I walked most of Grace Bay. The home fronts a huge section of the best powdered sugar sand you can imagine, with incredibly clear water and shallow reef right in front of the house that you can snorkel over. About 1/4 mile down the beach in front of Coral Gardens resort is the Bight Reef, another great spot to snorkel. The outdoor space is lovely. The pool is clean and beautiful (though we rarely chose the pool over the ocean), there is a hammock and a small area of grass, there is a wonderful large outdoor dining table, and there is an elevated area with plenty of chairs overlooking the ocean that we spent SO much time. The beach is wonderful for small children, mostly calm and clear. There are paddle boards and a sea kayak for your use. Even though you are on Grace Bay, it feels very private thanks to extensive landscaping/trees. The staff is wonderful, can't say enough about Romeo and Rosanna. They come in daily and clean the house, sweep the outdoor area, do dishes, and are happy to do your laundry as well. They are also happy to stock the fridge before your arrival and/or make a grocery run for you if needed. Katalin, the owner, was wonderfully and immediately communicative via email or Skype whenever we had questions. I do recommend bringing your own snorkeling gear as the snorkeling is phenomenal. We did a half day private charter and the boat picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the house...highly recommend! We also brought in a private chef for some dinners recommended by Katalin named Arlyn, and her food was phenomenal!The only issues we had was that one of the paddles for the paddle boards wasn't available, and the downstairs area (where one of us stayed was a bit musty and dark), just FYI. In summary, if you think you will spend 90% of your waking time outside as we did on our trip, this is a fantastic home and I could not recommend it enough! Thank you Katalin, Romeo, and Rosanna
