Fantastic location, just enough out of the central city but not ages away so you don't get the noise of the traffic. Right beside the Shrine of Remembrance for ease of access to the trams to get into the city proper. Staff were friendly and some even up for a good chat and seemed genuinely interested in where I was and the like. Room was great, nice and compact, perfect for a solo or a couple traveler. It felt nice, comfy with a hint of luxury. Great balcony as well. The free private wifi is a nice bonus too - something you don't see alot of. Overall, I spent about a week here as a solo traveler and enjoyed every bit of it, the ease of access to everything, down to the staff and the room itself.

If anything could be better? I don't think I saw housekeeping do my room so I ran out of a couple of things like toiletries, but that was quickly resolved by reception. Overall, it was minor thing that didn't spoil the experience at all.

good stay for our weekend away for a convention. good size and facilities for the two of us, we really liked having a good sized, well stocked kitchen. we loved the shower as well!

We were here in Spring and found the apartment quite cold, there was one air conditioning in the living room but nothing in the bedroom which made nights a little chilly.

the pictures show a city view and we got a view of a roof. it was dirty from the previous stay. the staff didn’t answer phone calls.

Very spacious place! Loved the balcony area and how chic everything this.

The bedsheets were stained/dirty so I had to remove them on arrival. No heating in bedrooms, so it was cold at night.

Location is fantastic, view was amazing. Apartment was super clean and bed is so so comfy.

The kitchen needs more supplies. There is no drainer, fry pan, not enough cooking utensils and I had to buy a blanket because there was none in the apartment. Plus we were not provided with any spare toilet rolls upon our arrival, I had to buy some.

The location was incredibly close to everything, whilst still being far enough away from the CBD for it to be nice and quiet. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room itself was a nice size and a great features, the kitchen was a nice bonus.

The room could have done with a little bit more dusting. It wasn't dirty, just a few areas that needed a bit more attention.

It was good value, quiet location but close to tram for CBD, good kitchen facilities.

Constant noise from the person in the apartment next door (continuously opening and closing their door all night). Bed was not very comfortable.

I like the location where not too far away from CBD, riverfront and the park, and the interior of the rooms are quite nice.

The only thing I don’t feel comfortable was the laundry machine can’t function well to the drying mode.

I did like our stay the receptionist was very accommodating for my fear of heights and the room was very lovely for the price we paid. My only fault is that it is a smaller building that’s about it.

The room was located close to trams, shops and places I needed to go to. The Room was clean and had all I needed and more. The staff were all very polite and friendly.

I tried to check in at 5:30pm to which I found reception wasn’t occupied (was supposed to be until 6pm) I then spent the next 45 minutes on and off hold to the ‘night manager’ and given 10 different key card PIN numbers and rooms all failing. I notified to night manager that I was late for dinner and was assured by the time I got back they would have emailed me with the final key PIN number. I returned to the property later that night, without any email like I was assured and had to call the night manager again who gave me another 4 PIN codes to try only to finish with “well that’s all I can do” no room, no offer to try and compensate. Worst run accomodation I’ve ever seen.

Location was perfect really nice comfortable place to stay. I'll definitely book again next time I travel to Melbourne
