Location great for tram and train Comfortable and clean room

There were no windows but no complaints for price and being out most of the time in city.

I got a good clean room, it had all I needed, for a cheap price. Staff were friendly.

The heater didn’t work. The people next door were loud till 4am then they left the tv on loud all night and it was still on in the morning. I didn’t get any sleep

The restaurant staff were amazing.

The bathroom fan was a little loud. Especially during the night.

The Staff on duty were excellent - we came in at a ridiculous hour and they went out of their way to provide a later checkout

Happy with all

Location is very handy and we arrived before 2o'clock and could access the room. Restaurant was good with high quality dinner and good wine. Room is clean and tidy and quite comfortable.

The room was quite noisy. The aircon was an old refrigerated system that was extremely noisy. It worked ok but was needed during the night to keep the room warm enough given limited blankets available. Made sleeping difficult

No hot water

I was first given a room which was smelling of ventogen and balms. I asked my room to be changed which was done (thanks for that). However, the next room had unclean bathroom and shower either had very cold or very hot water. The sink was too small even to wash the face or brush my teeth. Because I was staying just for two nights and mostly was away from hotel, I thought it was okay.

Close to southern cross station, welcoming and friendly staff

A lot of people running up and down the floors late at night. I organised a wake up call and well it didn't happen. Lucky I had other alarms set so I didn't miss my plane

Good set-up in a small place. Everything needed for a 1 night stay was provided
