The location was great. Conveniently located near everything. Apartment was clean and spacious.

The apartment is less than 10 minutes from Durandy tram stop on the line from the airport to the port. It’s also easy walking distance to old town and Jean Medecin. The flat itself is spacious. There are 2 large double bedrooms. There is a shower room with toilet next to the two bedrooms. In addition one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower. There is also another separate toilet near the entrance. There is also a small balcony off of the kitchen and a larger balcony which spans the living room and one of the double bedrooms. There are restaurants and grocery stores as well as a bakery and butchers close by. Elena, who met us at the apartment to handover the keys, did an excellent job of introducing the apartment. The owners were also vey attentive. We were 2 couples and found this an excellent choice for our trip. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

The apartment is very well equipped, the air conditioning works perfectly, there was good water pressure in the shower, and the location is fantastic! The neighbourhood is vibrant and the apartment is close to everything. We became regulars at le Bistrot de Jeff and la Boulangerie La Nicoise! Also loved Nice Art Bistro! Everything was wonderful! Thank you to Elina (our contact) for a quick and easy check in and check out. Thank you to Solange and Gilbert for patiently answering our (many!) questions.

The apartment is well designed and well equipped, a very comfy choice for family vacation.

central location, easy to walk to old town and sea front, near tram stop and buses. good neighbourhood, plenty of nearby Bistrots!

Beautiful apartment, perfect for a family stay. Clean, spacious, cosy, great location with supermarkets, pharmacies, kid’s parks, and tram station (direct line to the airport) near by. Walking distance to all major city attractions. I had a lovely time with the family and would definitely stay here again.

Not a major setback, just an info for those traveling with children and strollers - the building has a very small elevator, so you will need a few trips to the 3rd floor.

The location was superb

Incredible place! Very nicely located, a few minutes walk to the sea/beach and the Promenade, a supermarket just within 2 blocks. Very clean, and very well equipped apartment! Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, big open balcony! we truly felt ourselves at home! there's a public parking within a couple of minutes walk

the lift is soooo tiny!! literally just 1 person and 1 suitcase can fit at a time
