Very nicely decorated and fixed-up 2br with a very responsive and helpful host. Thames street gets noise until 1am but it's generally quiet in the rear where the two bedrooms lie.

Beautiful condo right on Thames Street- perfect location!

I stayed with my 2 teens and we loved the apartment and location. It was just as described! My kids thought the beds were the most comfortable they have slept in. The only small note is there is no AC in the 2nd bedroom, just an air purifier that worked more like a fan so helped enough to not get too hot but was not as cold as rest of the apartment. The location is perfect - more residential and quiet but walking distance to the busier area of thames and the wharfs. We easily found parking in front of the building. Matt and Ryan keep the place really clean and were great at communicating prior to the stay.

My husband and I had a fabulous three day stay in this apartment and are so glad we rented it. Perfect location for all the events we were attending in Newport, super clean and light filled and had everything we needed. And the owners directions were complete and easy to follow. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This condo was impeccable, the management were really hospitable and very responsive. The location is great for downtown Newport.

Clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, unit above this one had noisy guests two nights that we stayed. Heard every footstep and movement from above. Trouble sleeping.

We had a blast! The unit was clean, safe and close to town! The host was super easy to get in touch with and nice! We will definitely be staying again!

This property is meticulously clean and well appointed. Matthew, the owner, was extremely responsive and helpful. This is a great choice if you want to be a bit outside the main activities of Newport but a walkable distance away. As with most of Newport, parking is a bit of a challenge. All in all this is a very nice property and I would recommend to friends and family.

My family and I stayed for three days at the Yachting Village and could not have been happier. The Guesthouse was cozy, very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was fantastic. Matt and Ryan were great communicators and very hospitable. We hope to stay there again in the near future!!!

My wife and I stayed at Yachting Village for a couple of days and had a great time. The apartement was perfect for the 2 of us and we where able to bring our dog. Its was better than pictured and described . The apartement was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was great, their was alot within walking distance. Working with Matt was very easy and he was always availabe. We where their during a snowstorm and got a parking ticket due to snow removal which caught us all by surprise as the street was not marked accordingly. Matt refunded us the cost of the parking ticket which was unexpected and very generous We will definelty stay again on our next visit to Newport.

I did a quick girls weekend in Newport for my daughter's birthday, and we wanted a spot close to town to be able to walk to shops and restaurants. 638 Thames was perfect! Super clean and cutely decorated. Comfortable beds and lounging space. You can hear the neighbors walking around above you b/c of floor boards, so would just recommend bringing a white noise machine if you are light sleepers. But other than that, bring your sneakers and your appetite for all things Newport! Such great hosts, thank you, Matt and Ryan!! ~ Traci

Excellent place for our family of 4 (plus 1 small dog) to stay in order to walk around Newport. It was clean, spacious, full of light, and well furnished. We all found it extremely comfortable and inviting, and would stay here again. The hosts were responsive and friendly.

The house is lovely and the furnishings and details down to the extra complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a very nice touch. The neighborhood felt safe and was close to the water and a lot of the places we wanted to explore. We will definitely book with Matt again for any future stays in Newport.

Recently renovated, this property is nicely appointed with a modern decor. The property manager was excellent in communication. Also, reasonably priced for the winter months.

The apartment was perfect for our short pre holiday trip. Everything you would need was supplied and the rooms were clean and nicely decorated. We even sat on the front porch for our morning coffee! Will definitely stay here on our next trip up to Newport.

Everything worked out great!

Location, location, location!! Overall great experience. Had trouble with front door lock, it wouldn't reset itself, so we had to leave out the back door, after locking the deadbolt. The apartment could be a bit cleaner. Oven top was dirty, and refrigerator needed to be wiped out. Awesome that dogs are allowed... Again, the location is top notch!

My 5 friends and I planned a weekend girls trip to Newport. The property was perfect for us. The house was spotless. The location was great and everything was provided for us. The check in process was seamless and the guidebook answered all of our questions. We had a great overnight trip and would definitely return.

My husband and I stayed here while taking a road trip thru New England. Newport was our first stop. We were both impressed with how clean it was and it was decorated impeccably! The location was perfect. We were able to walk to the mansions and to the business district. It was such a lovely stay! 5 stars!

Apartment was very nicely updated, clean, good location, as expected from the pictures, great space for a family vacation. On street parking, so that can be a little tedious if the spaces in front the the unit aren't available, but all in all not so bad as there is available spaces elsewhere that aren't too far. It was a little hard to sleep with all the foot traffic in the apartment above us, but for guests who are used to having people living above them, it would probably be fine.

The property was everything we hoped for! It was clean and beautifully decorated and designed. Charming! We would come back and recommend it to others.
