Everything was beautiful! And to make up for the lack of woodfire braai we could go down to the beach and had a lovely braai overlooking the ocean!

Would have liked a wood fire braai, but understand that in a nature reserve there is fire risk.

The owner/host is very racist and rude. We stayed the for 2 days and 2 nights, the whole time we were there there was no hot water, we had to shower with cold water even though it was freezing cold outside. The house was R6400 but we had to pay R500 extra for bedding and R3000 more for insurance which made the total R9900. The owner told us that we get our R3000 back if we don't break anything in the house and we did not but he refuses to give it back. He says he can't give it back because we left the pillow cases dirty (remember we paid R500 for bedding) and he says there was a noise complaint about, but were whispering the whole time we were there and our neighbors were loud as hell but we never complained about that.

The location over the cliffs was spectacular and what we enjoyed the most was the silence of the place.

The service from Frank was outstanding. The view is magnificent. The drive is an absolute adventure as you wind through the forest. The unit was exceptionally clean and in mint condition.
