It is family friendly and right within the city. We requested for late checkout and was granted with an added fee. They have limited hours for bringing guest which is good for family stays.

I think the breakfast tabs were unnecessary, but i understand why they needed to do that.

Good location and good price

There was a cockroach in the room. This is Vietnam, but still… the room was facing a schoolyard and the music was a pretty rough wake up call. On top of that the towels smelled stale and the room had a really dirty feeling to it.

Хорошее расположение: 15 минут пешком до крупного сувенирного рынка с одной стороны и «русского рынка» с другой. Рядом много мест, где можно поесть, продуктовый магазин. Хошимин - душный, жаркий город, приятно, что в отеле есть дворик-патио, хоть и небольшой. За патио можно простить все недостатки. Есть завтрак (шведский стол). Шум улицы спать не мешает, по ночам в номере тихо. Кондиционер хорошо расположен, не дует прямо на кровать.

Душ в туалете никак не огорожен. Душ установлен прямо посредине ванной комнаты, то есть, когда вы моетесь, все вокруг (раковина т все, что на ней, унитаз) становится мокрым. Правда, сохнет быстро. В соседнем здании ремонт, утром и днем находиться в комнате невозможно: перфораторы (ночью тихо). Чтобы был выбор на завтрак, надо прийти одним из первых. Докладывать еду на шведский стол персонал не торопится. За этим следит мальчик без какой-либо униформы, в обычной майке. Хлеб был весь засижен мухами, ничем не прикрыт. Окно в номере маленькое.

24 hour check in. Very clean. We only stayed a few hours as we got in from the train at 5am and the apartment we had booked could not check us in or store luggage until after 12pm. We decided to check in to this hotel to sleep a few hours, shower and keep our bags secure. This did the job fine. The hotel was spotlessly clean.

Beds are very hard.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut, weinge Minuten zur Walking Street, auch ein großer Markt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben noch um eine Nacht verlängert. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten im nahen Umkreis. Zimmer sind sauber und für eine Großstadt und die zentrale Lage ruhig.

Frühstück ist reichlich wenn man pünktlich da ist. 7-9:00 Uhr. Wünschten uns mehr Obst. Aber ansonsten alles da was man braucht.

Place is very clean. They change bed sheets and provide towels upon request. Had a good sleep. Staff were all friendly and accommodating and can understand english.

Its beside a school so if your room is on the left side, it gets a bit noisy around 7am, but we were still able to sleep. Not sure if they had breakfast or we didnt just have it on our package but it would be nice to have free breakfast. Also, it would be great if their rooftop is open to public with table and chairs where u can spend time. I bet the view will be great specially sunrise/sunset.

Price is ok-ish and there is a window in the room.

So much annoying noise in the room. The AC is leaking in the bathroom, creating a water drop sound all night long. There is water leaking on the sheet metal roof next to the window as well. Hammer work in the building a 7am. If you consider the breakfast go check it out before buying it, it’s not fresh stuff. There were the same cut boiled eggs two days in a row - we could observe them turn from yellow to black… the only eatable thing is soft bread if you are not Asian. But don’t try to put butter on it, it’s not seen a fridge for quite a while…

In the heart of the backpacker area, nice staff.

The shower was not contained so there was water all over the bathroom floor.

Convenient location in the city. Aircon in our room worked well.

Very noisy due to school next door. Room was very small. Bed was very uncomfortable. Bathroom was questionable with a bad smell. Breakfast not worth the money if you paid extra for it. Free water was only provided on check in and not again. Would not recommend using their luggage storage as it was not secure.

Buena ubicación, puedes ir caminando a las zonas más importantes de la ciudad y te pueden recoger en el hotel si haces la excursión a Mekong, ya que está en el distrito 1. Junto al hotel hay un colegio, pero como estuvimos en fin de semana, por suerte estaba cerrado por lo que dormimos bien, además que las camas son cómodas.

A ver por dónde empiezo…. 1. Le pregunto si tienen servicio de taxi, que cuánto cuesta y si me podría facilitar uno, les doy el número de vuelo. Me contestan que alrededor de 300mil dongs. Esperamos en el aeropuerto media hora y no viene nadie. Llamo por teléfono, contesta un señor sin papa de inglés que iba conduciendo (cuando supuestamente estaba llamando a recepción) y tras varios intentos haciéndome entender,me dice que me vaya a la zona de taxis que ellos no tienen ese servicio. Me contestan por el chat de Booking: “No tenemos servicio de taxi”cuando estábamos ya llegando al hotel. Lo dejo pasar… 2. Les pregunto sobre excursión a Mekong, para contratarla con ellos, me dicen que eso lo lleva la chica de al lado, que lleva las excursiones y los transfers, la cual nunca estaba allí, en los 3 días que estuvimos no la vimos ni una vez. Contrato la excursión por mi cuenta. 3. Sin secador en la habitación, bajo a recepción a pedirlo, el chaval me da uno que recoge de un trastero, lo enchufo y sale a arder, literal. Por poco me quemo la muñeca. Se lo devuelvo y es otro cliente el que me deja su secador porque en ese momento no encontraba otro. Un peligro, vamos. 4. Y ya el remate de estas dos noches, que parecieron más. Pedimos taxi para que nos lleven al aeropuerto, para pagar con tarjeta, el recepcionista nos dice que sin problema que son 250mil dongs, a la media hora llega el taxista, nos subimos al taxi, preguntamos para asegurarnos que si se podía con tarjeta y nos dice que no, se lo decimos al recepcionista y viene con el datáfono para cobrarlo por ahí, sin mostrarnos el importe previamente. Le pedimos que nos muestre lo que nos va a cobrar y era superior al precio que nos había fijado anteriormente, obviamente nos negamos, nos dice que nos pide otro taxi, haciéndonos perder más el tiempo, por suerte, al final pudimos llegar un acuerdo con este taxista pagándole en euros. Aparte de esto, habitación sucia, adjunto fotos.

Personal didnt clean up room, even after request. The breakfast was awful, full of flies, nothing to eat.

Le personnel ne tient pas compte des demandes, nous avions demandé une chambre au calme nous avons eu une chambre sur une double 4 voies, lors de notre demande la personne a feint de ne pas parler anglais. L'hôtel est sale, ça ressemble à un hôtel de passe, le lit n'était pas confortable et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement, bref, pour plus de 30euros la nuit (ce qui est très cher pour le Vietnam... Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement

Location was the only positive.

Black mould on bathroom ceiling, doors slamming and people shouting in the hallways all hours of the night. Used and dirty bath mat when we checked in. Unfortunately you do get what you pay for but paid similar prices for way nicer places in Vietnam.
