Perfect location, clean and comfortable room and Perfect stuff

The pool was too small

The location of the hotel was realy Good, in the City Center. Very courteous hotel staff.

Perfect location, polite and professional staff.

Poor breakfast, low-quality food, and no variety. The pool was closed during the day hours.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing. The location is in the city center with lots of shops nearby. A comfortable bed and a huge plus for me is lots of electrical outlets near the bed. I definitely didn't expect a walk in closet.

The pool was super small with little amount of sunbeds. No toothbrush and robes provided in the room.

No private parking, guests need to find own parking space in the street and carry luggage to the hotel on their own. We specified we needed air-conditioning when reserving the room and called the hotel in the morning to make sure cold air worked and to say we needed private parking. On arrival we discovered there was no cold air available with 25° outside and huge windows in the rooms so easily 27° inside the room. Manager of the hotel not able to handle the situation correctly, telling us the air-conditioning worked well whereas their technical services all ready had confirmed us it did not work on cold air due to the "winter time system".

Everything was quite nice, the clean and comfortable room along with very nice staff and amenities

Amazing staff, very friendly and helpful receptionists, restaurant staff are also super nice and always ready to assist with everything. Delicious breakfasts! Clean rooms, great swimming pool zone with fantastic mountains view 😍

Spa services weren’t available, but were promised while booking. Small sauna and heating room, not enough space when a lot of guests are trying to us it. Swimming pool is quite shallow, only 1.2 meters. Pool walls are covered with some sort of oilcloth, not made of tiles which makes it look quite unclean.

Hotel is situated in the heart of the city. rooms are quite big and comfortable with terrace. Bathroom is amazing, equipped with all toiletries, towels, bathrobes, everything. warm, light room. staff is very hospitable and welcoming, good breakfast and nice bar for evening leisure . The pool view is also very beautiful

Location and friendly stuff such as environment

Very bright rooms, complimentary staff, good bed and plumbing Breakfast was delicious and provide various meat and egg dishes. Suitable for vegans: about 10 or more items like seeds, flakes and fruits, 5+ jams. Mid-level coffeemaker.
