We enjoyed the condo. The fan in master bedroom was very noisy. We had plenty of towels but very few wash cloths. Everything else was good

Picked this location due to the list of amenities such as the upscale gym and pools. Paula was awesome and very helpful giving us other ideas of what was happening around the area that weekend. This was our first stay at Portofino Resort. The price was good, the place was well stocked and Paula was quick to respond. Quick walk to gulf or bay, as well as property pools, restaurants and fitness center. However, the condo is in need of a good deep cleaning. Also, we were not able to access secure wifi and had to use the resort's public wifi.

The property left several things to be desired. The sheets were filthy and had not been cleaned from the previous guests. When we reached out to the host to inform her we received a one sentence reply saying housekeeping was contacted. We never heard from housekeeping nor did anyone ever come and change out the dirty sheets that were filled with food, stains, hair, sand, and dirt. One of the beds we couldn’t sleep in because of the filth. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean and there were questionable stains on the couch. When we arrived the cleaners were there an hour past check in and were rushing and not cleaning thoroughly. The host offered us a late checkout because of the cleaners lateness but upon check out the front desk hadn’t heard anything from the host and had no idea about a late checkout. The communication with this host was almost non existent. We left feeling very disappointed with our stay and would never book here again nor would we ever recommend it.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was close and easy to access as well as the bay. Walking across the street to the ocean was very simple and completely beautiful. We loved the condo and had more than enough room for everybody. We ate most meals in the condo and had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. We loved being able to see the ocean, as well as the bay and the dunes. We would absolutely love to stay in this unit again.
