The place is very beautiful and there is a restaurant and cafe called Narin that serves great food and excellent service 

Electricity and water are frequently cut off. There is no regular transportation

The location is good, near the shop and the beach. The apartment has everything you need.

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the apartment, one evening we killed 18 of them. The apartment needs mosquito nets or a fumilgator. There was also a weak water pressure in the shower.

These are beautiful apartment is equipped with everything you need. Very pleased with mosquito nets on all windows. the apartment is located on the 1st floor. There is a separate entrance, parking and a small veranda. The apartment is located in a cozy, modern complex with 3 swimming pools, one of them with a water slide. On the territory of the complex there are bars, restaurants, gym, children's playground, bicycle paths. Lots of greenery! Everything is clean, well-groomed, trimmed. Also it is very convenient that next to the comlex you will find bakery, butchery, farmacy, minimarket with necssary products. Special thanks to the owner, that without violating our privacy, nevertheless, he was always in touch and promptly resolved all issues. The perfect combination! I would definatley recomend this apartment for families with kids! Perfect stay!

It is situated in fast developing area. So you will see some construction sites around. Though it is not visible from appartmen neither from any other place of the complex.

The WIFI was strong, the air con was simple to use, there was a washing machine in the room, (brilliant bonus for a beach goer like me) with a small balcony facing the pool with clothes rack (another bonus for me) - generally a fully functional (along with all cleaning tools & detergents) modern self catering apartment with the great help of Cemal, who was just a WhatsApp away & responded promptly with any queries or issues👍🏽 The apartment was just a few mins walk away from the beach, this was a bonus for me. Access to the beach is via an underpass. There’s a grocery shop near by which sells a little bit of everything in true Turkish style 👌🏽

I couldn’t use some of the apartments appliances because they were 2 pin & Cyprus is a 3 pin island. It was nothing that Cemal couldn’t sort out by supplying me with an adapter.

Comfort and cleanliness

The location was good, easy access to all pools in the area. Nice and quiet. Local beach was easy to access too.

Everything was excellent except that the cafe wasn't a cafe. Otherwise fantastic pool and you can use any of the other hotels facilities. It's still a new area so not much choice for places to eat without driving. Really enjoyed the location. Just a few mi utes walk to the beach and so reasonable to rent a beach bed and umbrella only 5 tl. Which is less than 1 euro!!!! Everything very good value for money. Will definitely go there again
