It was simple and clean.

It was quite noisy, the bedding is very thin and the pillows were uncomfortable. There were very few channels on the tv.

John checked me in and helped with questions and a map. Bed and bathroom were very good and I enoyed the breakfast

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and staff kindly moved me to the quieter side of the building and were very nice

One side is very noisy. The foyer was also rather noisy when I arrived though I expect other people wouldn’t mind it (music and people chatting).

Room was very hot and very noisy. There is no air cooling in the room and the window has a restrictor on it (quite rightly as 3 floors up). However, the room was unacceptably hot.

i liked the location as is close to the swimming pool. breakfast was good and easy to get. check in and out was very quick and easy. bed was comfy and i liked only having a sheet. wifi was good

rooms were quite warm so had to have the window open which meant that is was quite loud over night. could do with some decaf tea bags in room too.

Great value for money. Perfect if you're looking for a budget stay but remember you get what you pay for. No frills hotel in a convenient location 5-10 mins walk from the main shops, Universities and other main attractions Great that they had a bar downstairs so I could grab a drink to take to my room, and they also gave me some soya milk in a jug for my morning tea.

Pillows weren't to my liking (but I am a very fussy pillow person) The room was super hot but no air con. There was a sign to say there are fans available at reception but I was already in bed so just accepted my fate for the night.

Easy to get to, car parking is very close & great price. The staff were very friendly & helpful. Very clean room & well equipped. Convenient for the ponds forge swimming pool.

The room was fine, clean, close proximity to what we needed.

Booked 2 rooms, they were same floor. Both got hot but one was over 30° for our whole stay. It was too hot, they provided a fan but this didn't make much difference.

Staff were excellent. Very polite and welcoming. Hotel and room was very clean. Bed was so comfortable. Good shower and facilities. We stayed 2 nights for a gig at Bramhall Lane. Venue was about a 20 min walk away from hotel so very handy.

View from our window was into a car park and a brick wall. Not a big deal as it was pretty quiet so can't complain.

Room was stuffy..window only opens so far, and no air conditioning so it got pretty hot..mind u we were offered a room fan from staff.

Location ok, car parking very good at a reasonable price for secure overnight , pre booked ,used discount code from hotel ANPR recognition , drive in ,drive out decent nights sleep . Room had all you need, basic but suffice.

Previous guest had wiped bogeys on wall near headboard.reported to desk, however nobody was able to come and clean it off.Was offered free drinks at the bar though.

Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location close to tram stop and city centre. The breakfast for £9 (if you book at reception the night before) was good value. There is 24 hour reception, a small bar and 24 hour food available. The room was clean, cosy, average size, with daily room cleaning.

Nothing of note. We were here for the snooker so it did what we needed for our stay.
