Все понравилось кроме персонала

Я забыл в номере шампунь , кондиционер и зарядку от мак бука , персонал говорит ничего нету ! Пару лет назад я там же был у вас и забыл часы , вы также сказали ничего нету !

Bardzo dobry hotel , nieco oddalony od centrum ale za to blisko starego centrum Old Souk (Deira) Dubaju, hotel 5-cio gwiazdkowy zgodny z tym co prezentuje oferta, kilka basenów, korty tenisowem , specjalna bieżnie do biegania koło kortów , kilka restauracji, 24 h siłownia/fitness, lodowisko, ładne widoki z okien, urozmaicona kuchnia wg świata . Wewnątrz bardzo czysto, bardzo miła obsługa, dobre jedzenie , czuć klimat orientu od wystroju przez dyskretną muzykę po zapachy,nie daleko od lotniska DXB , choć hotel nie należy do najnowszych zasłużył na mocną bardzo dobrą ocenę.

Great Location with good connectivity. Good restaurants, bars, Spa and shopping facilities. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread was exceptional.

Limited Choice for Sahur meal. Only Asian or Arabic and that too of tiny quantities with limited drinks. No Yogurt offered. Food quality below par.

The reception staff was unprofessional and inefficient, leaving me waiting for over 15 minutes to check-in while they tended to another guest's laptop issue. When I inquired about alternative staff assistance, the response was rude and unhelpful. Furthermore, there were no seating arrangements in the reception area. Once I finally checked in, the room was noisy with broken window seals, resulting in a constant buzzing noise. I requested a room change, which was accommodated, but I found the replacement room to be dirty with broken furniture and outdated decor. During check-out, I was questioned about using items from the minibar, despite not having done so. Despite my honest answer, I was made to wait while someone checked the minibar inventory. Eventually, I was charged 10Dhs for allegedly using tea and coffee from the room, which are the items not even listed on the minibar menu. Despite my frustration, I paid to avoid confrontation. Despite being rated as a 5-star hotel, the unprofessional and dishonest behavior of the reception staff makes it seem closer to a 0-star rating. This experience, including being charged for complimentary amenities, has left a negative impression, and I would hesitate to visit Hyatt Regency properties again.

I discovered that my handbag is checked during my absence and after checkout I found that I lose some money. I reported that to the hotel management but no serious action was taken!!! I feel insecure to be in this hotel again.

This is my second visit to the hotel what i like is the shops in galleria very convinent the breakfast aswell and the spa

I didnt like door card having to get it charged almost everytime i had to use the lift when coming and going, the staff 4 years previous were alot nicer made me feel very welcomed when arriving and were always making sure everthing was alright.

Frühstück sehr gut. Zimmer grosszügig. Dusche Bad sehr gut Platz für gleichzeitig 2 Personen. Lage ausgezeichnet in 5 Minuten zu Fuss bei der U-Bahn Station Gold Suk. Mit der U-Bahn kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr gut erreichen.

الموظفين من الاسرع في تلبيه الطلبات. و المكان نظيف و مريح.

الوجبة الصباحية لقد شعرت بالغثيان انا و زوجتي من الأكل في وجبة الافطار. و من ثمة وقت الخروج صادفنا سوء تفاهم غير مقبول ابداً من حيث المبدء او الاسلوب، حيث انه عند موعد خروجي من الهوتيل تم التأكد من mini bar بأنه لم يتم استخدامه من قبل ممثل عن الفندق و تم اغلاقه بالمفتاح، و بعد نزولي لاستلام "مبلغ الضمان" حسب ذكر موظف الاستقبال و تسليم مفاتيح الغرفة انتظرنا اكثر من 20 دقيقة بسبب قارورة خمر !!، مع اصراري على انني مسلم!! و مع ذالك انتظرت الى حين انتهى مدير الاستقبال من التحقيق و أفجر عن مبلغ "الضمان" و من ثم غادرت المكان.

Regency Club -ravintolan henkilökunta oli hyvin ystävällinen, samoin vastaanoton henkilökunta. Liikenten melusta johtuen sain uuden huoneen hotellin toiselta puolelta.

Hotellihuoneet tulisi uudistaa. Uima-allas oli hyvin pieni ja uima-allasosasto tulisi myös saneerata.

I was in the club lounge for breakfast and dinner. As usual Florence and her team made me very welcome and made sure i was thoroughly looked after. I would recommend all guests the club facilities.

I believe the check in and check out be be a bit more seam less. 2 weeks after checkout i am still looking whether the pre authorisation on my card has been removed which is a bit annoying.
