My room was very nice. Clean and spacious with nice amenities. The staff was also very nice and very helpful. Every person I interacted with was super helpful. I felt very comfotable as a single traveler. I also appreciated the multiple onsite dining options.

Basically everything was above expectation when it comes to St. Regis in Dubai wether it was in Downtown or the Palm.

Unfortunately Business Bay Area is extremely crowded which is not directed at the hotel but more about the area itself. Small improvement notes can be pointed towards additional Power Outlets near the beds as USB outlets aren’t being used by latest phones models.

Nice location and very nice hotel. The pool is located on the 5th floor and looks over the bay, facing south so you can enjoy the sun all day long. Staff was nice. Didn't get the chance to try their restaurants but room service and pool bar had nice food. Would like to come back.

The room didn't have much light especially in the bathroom which make the ambience romantic but not fun to put make up on. There was a lot of dust on the lamps and the plugs close to the bed weren't working properly.

Very stylish bathroom and the hotel in general! Loved the room, breakfast with a canal view. Bed is amazing. Gym, pool, sauna and jacuzzi are great. We’ve stayed at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore before and I would actually rate this hotel higher.

We were a family of 6 we had so much fun at the hotel it was so elegant and classy, the staff were so nice , it’s extremely clean and organized. We loved every service at the hotel and the room service was so good and they gift you a press on service (iron) 2 pieces each person which was an amazing. Also a coffee ant tea service first time is also free. The staff were so nice and helpful , the receptionist was so nice and professional.

Everything about this hotel is world-class. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The rooms are much bigger than most hotels, which is a bonus. The hotel is immaculate. The pool area is fantastic. Probably the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. Great location. The staff at the entrance are so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel location, the room, the kind and very helpful staff, the butler concept of providing special services, the Pasta, restaurant and the coffee shop in front of the water. The prices, front disk staff, the very professional men in the front entrance, and finally the hotel mangment who were very helpfull and generous.

In fact there was nothing to complain about. The hotel is a perfect one to stay in.

There was nothing we did not like.

I had a wonderful time at the St. Regis Dubai Hotel. The inviting lobby smelled heavenly upon my arrival and featured indoor and outdoor sitting areas where I could relax and enjoy the scenery. The staff were incredibly warm, helpful, and friendly, making me feel at home and attending to my every need. My spacious and cozy room featured soft and comfortable beds, and I loved the view from my ceiling-to-floor wide window overlooking the Dubai Water Canal and the Burj Khalifa. The delicious food was delivered to my room quickly, and the 24-hour gym was a lifesaver for my busy schedule. I appreciated the comfortable waiting area in the basement, where I could relax while waiting for the valet service to bring my car. I was also impressed with the secure and shaded parking for visitors' cars. I genuinely enjoyed my stay with the family and would love to come back.
