Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und so war es bisschen kalt in der Nacht, da nur die Klima ging.

كل شيء في مكان كان جميل جدا

Staff were great, friendly all round. Mary Ann in the breakfast room remembered me form my previous visit over 2 years ago. So did the porters at the front of house. Very nice and very helpful.

Everything was good. Nothing there you could not like. Service, friendly and relaxed but yet professional and very polite. Location was also excellent.

Потрясающий вид с 30 или 32 этажа на фонтаны, немного видно Бурдж Халифа. Неплохой номер, есть даже стиральная машинка, пользовались, порошок сами покупали. Уютные кресла, с которых любовались видом. в ванной была и ванна и душевая кабина, очень удобно, когда вас двое. все гигиеническое штуки тоже были. Утюг + гладильная доска. Полноценная кухня - не пользовались. Жаль из отеля нет выхода к фонтанам, приходилось обходить через оперу. Но вид из отеля гораздо лучше, чем рядом на них смотреть

Пододеяльник был рваным, посмеялись)))

For some reason shampoo was not refilled in showers

My recent stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the extraordinary level of service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa from our room. It was a magnificent sight, especially at night, adding a touch of magic to our stay. Being located in the heart of Dubai, the hotel provided easy access to many of the city's attractions, making our exploration both convenient and enjoyable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai. The combination of exceptional service, stunning views, and a prime location made for an amazing stay. Room was not so good the bedroom was small and to tight, the ambience was old and need renovation as bathroom was leeaking, finally i was up graded to a bigger room, which was fine

The location was exceptional, and I enjoyed the view of the fountains from my balcony. The housekeeping staff was quite good as well as the other staff except for the staff during breakfast service.

The furniture was a bit dated and so was the kitchen. The breakfast was over rated and cold, especially the scrambled eggs. The staff during the breakfast service was too pre-occupied doing nothing and not welcoming with the exception of June. The guy who also was at the egg kiosk was good, and made a scrumptious cheese omelette. Other then that I can’t fault the property.

Pokoje są bardzo przestronne i dobrze wyposażone- bardziej jak kawalerka, a nie pokój hotelowy. Przesympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Szef Japuir i Arjun zatroszczyli się o przygotowanie specjalnego śniadania wolnego od alergenów. Dzień wcześniej zebrali szczegółowy wywiad i preferencje żywieniowe. Rano kucharz osobiście przyniósł przygotowane dania do stolika.

Klimatyzacja nie reagowała na ustawienia, było bardzo zimno. Jedynym rozwiązaniem było jej wyłączenie. Do centrum handlowego i fontanny trzeba iść dookoła, brak bezpośredniego przejścia. Nie korzystaliśmy z darmowego transferu, bo godziny zaburzały nasz plan dnia.

Amazing and 10/10 across parameters 1. Unbeatable Location -just behind Burj Khalifa and the fountains. Can go at the back of the hotel and can enjoy the sight just from there or a short walk to the fountains 2. Spacious and well furnished Room - we stayed in the room with balcony and the kitchenette- on 28th floor. Spacious - bedroom, large living area with sofa and a small well appointed open kitchen, washing machine and ironing facility, big bathroom. 3. Amazing and courteous staff - made us feel at home. One of the days of stay, as we came back after the day’s sightseeing- we had a surprise birthday cake for my wife - we were really touched 4. Breakfast - very good spread and delicious. The chef Japveer Singh got us vegetarian food items specially made for us that were not even on the buffet. 5. Other facilities - pool, kids play area, spa - we had a look through but not used. These looked clean, and great

Nothing as such

I was upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment with Burj Khalif and lake view. The master room was huge and the bathroom was spacious as well. The breakfast is amazing with variety of food and options. the staff were amazing and so helpful. They take care of every detail and make sure you are enjoying your time.

خدمه الغرف سيئه جدا جدا جدا ثلاث اتصالات والطلب استغرق اكثر من ساعه وشخص مصري طلبت منه طفايه سجائر وقال دقايق وتجاهليني ولم تصل الا بعد طلبتها اليوم الثاني علما باني اسكن غرفه للمدخنين الاثاث قديم جداااا

Absolutely loved the view from our room of the fountain display and the Burj Khalifa.

This could have been because of roadworks in front of the building and other works being completed on the street, but it was difficult to initially find the building. It was also difficult to get from the hotel to the Mall. You had to walk right around the block, even though it was just below the building.

كنت مجبر علي المطعم وذلك لعدم معرفتي بالحصول كيف احصل علي طعام اخر وانا ليس لدي وسائل اخري للمساعده

Location was super with great views of burn fountains and burj. Suite was well equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer Suite was huge Super staff they have their own observation point for fountains too so saves the clamber down to the fountain area

The bathroom wood cabinets were worn and rotten on the edges. The shower did not drain well so you were left standing in your own scummy water. The wooden floors and furniture in bedrooms were scratched. This is a 4 star hotel and I would expect better in that respect.
