The sofa is not comfortable. We've been checking in in this hotel since i remember coming in dubAi and i am complaining all the time regarding the sofa. Its really uncomfortable. What kind of 5 star hotel has this broken sofa

water pressure was very low, Some days no one cleaned the room, The depth of the pool is too low

Clean, large apartments. Separate pools for apartments & hotel meant pools were not too overcrowded.

Daughter’s booking was not recognised by hotel although booked and paid in advance (not a booking.com booking). Lack of alcohol in area. Poor intra-staff communication. Often messages left with staff in one area, were not communicated to other staff and requests were not carried out and had to be repeated and re-explained several times.

The First 3 nights were awesome because we were given a good room.

The rest of the nights were really bad, the apartment was very tight, no space to walk in the bathroom.

Facilities made over phone were not fulfilled I stayed for 9 nights Mr. Lau Oru, Does not know hot to talk to people

Stayed for 6 nights. Hotel was neat and clean staff was very friendly. House keeping was very good special thanks for Mr William for nice house keeping.
