Die Lage in Dubai Marina ist perfekt. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig. Die Aussicht ist sehr schön, besonders nachts. buchen zum zweiten Mal und würden bestimmt wiederkommen. Das Personal ist mit Ausnahme von der Dame, die am Strand die Handtücher verteilt, sehr freundlich und nett

Absolut nervig ist allerdings die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel vor der Anreise. Wir haben mindesten 14 SMS-Mitteilungen erhalten, dass wir vor der Anreise irgendwelche persönlichen Angaben machen müssten, obwohl alle notwendigen Daten Booking.com vorliegen, sonst würden wir angeblich keine Zugangsdetails erhalten. Als wir den Link gefolgt haben, einfach um in Ruhe gelassen zu werden, hat er nicht funktioniert. Bei der Anreise hat es sich als kein Problem erwiesen. Diese Vorgehensweise von der Unterkunft betrachten wir persönlich als Spam und den Missbrauch unserer persönlichen Daten. Ein weiteres Problem war, dass die Dame vom Handtuchschalter am Strand äußerst unfreundlich war. Interessant ist, dass wir die gleiche Erfahrung auch letztes Jahr hatten, obwohl es damals eine andere Mitarbeiterin war – es scheint wohl ein Systemproblem zu sein.

Einzelzimmer ohne Fenster! Bitte den Raum in dem sich die Waschmaschine befindet als Schlafzimmer einrichten!!! Klimaanlagen - Temperatureinstellung. Zu wenige Möglichkeiten Handtücher im Badezimmer aufzuhängen. Keine Möglichkeit gewaschene Wäsche zum Trocknen aufzuhängen.

Having booked a 1-bed apartment, to enjoy 4 days with my wife and 2 small children, there was not a mention that they are ONLY aviailable on floors Mezannine, 1st and 2nd. and on all these three floors, it is a complete NIGHTMARE as starting from 10pm until 3am, you feel like staying inside a club, which is based on Ground floor. Not only you hear the music completely, but you feel all the VIBRATION of the bass from the speakers. Initially I when complained after first night, I was moved kindly from M floor to 2nd - but this was even worse, as the vibration of the G floor music, was hitting the 2ns floor apartment more than the M floor. Upon check out, when I complained again, the receptionist showed his surprise, that noone had told me about the noise levels on these floor, It will only be irrelevant, if you are one of those young guys, partying yourself at those hours - but definately STAY AWAY from the 1-bed apartments, if you have small children or are not a party goer. PS: I did stay here 3 months ago on 20th+ floor, and up there, you can hear absolutely nothing!

Great location if you’re looking for the busy city scene and being on the beach was a bonus as we were travelling with kids.

The apartment needs some TLC - small marks and scuffs removed from walls and floors Staff on reception weren’t too friendly or welcoming however the guys in the lobby that help with your bags etc were so lovely and always greeted us with a smile.

The apartment was very large and was in a convenient location. The staff were very helpful. On the last day we had an evening flight and were able to use the facilities until we left for the airport.

To much shade in the pool area since la vie was built. Also almost impossible to get a good sunbed since personnel at the pool is reserving seats for guests who gives them money.

Очень хороший номер, в котором было очень просторно и было все необходимое, все оборудование работало хорошо.

1.Апартаменты рассчитаны на 4 человека, однако, диван в гостиной совсем не пригоден для комфортного сна. Очень жесткий и неудобный. Может стоило все же предусмотреть тонкий матрац для комфортного сна. 2. Очень плохой Wi-Fi. В номере все хорошо, но стоит выйти за дверь номера и он не работает. То есть в самом здании отеля, даже не на всей ее территории нетWi-Fi нет. У меня очень плохой английский и мне было сложно порой без приложения переводчик в телефоне. Для отеля такого уровня это большой минус. 3. К сожалению, я не нашла режим сушки в стиральной машинке , поэтому влажное после стирки белье приходилось развешивать на стульях и ручках дверей. Почему нельзя предоставить в номере небольшую сушильную стойку для белья?

مااعجبني اجراءت الدخول عبر تطبيقهم ماضبطت معي وضيعت الكثير من وقتي عشان احاول انه يضبط وبالاخير ماضبط وصلحت اجراءت الدخول بالاستقبال ومااخذ مني اجراء الدخول الا خمس دقايق فقط
