The wait time for elevators were so long

The booking we made showed a balcony on the picture, we have stayed at this hotel at least 6 times. This time the standards have dropped drastically. We arrived at hotel at 1pm, the staff that checked us in said she will check us in early if we could give her 10-15, we waited for over 1hr to be let in the room. The room was dirty the mirrors were not cleaned so was the bathroom. But when entering the room, we noticed it did not have balcony so we called reception to let them know. The lady who was at reception said we booked standard room which does not come with a balcony, I tried to explain we have always booked a studio which comes with balcony she disagreed i then said well the booking we have made clearly shows a balcony so that is misleading. She was not willing to listen, I explained due to medical reasons I need fresh air so would appreciate a balcony she said there was no room available. The room we was placed in was not clean and not the room shown on picture. My husband then went to speak to reception face to face and they was rude and did not listen to a word he said. We was on our anniversary trip which got ruined the moment we walked in to the room. We then had to ask them to come and clean the room. Overall this was a bad experience, the hotel is supposed to be 4 * but this time it was 2*. We will not be visiting this hotel again, and would not recommend it to anyone either. I would appreciate if this matter was looked at, as I feel we have been robbed the room cost £500ish for 2 days, but what we was given was not what was shown on the picture. I am devastated that this trip got ruined and overall the customer service was poor. Hilton is chain hotel and there standards are supposed to be good but this was shocking. I demand for a partial refund as the room we stayed in was not what we had booked or was advertised.

Better customer service, clean the rooms before checking guests in, Do not mislead by posting by posting photos of the room when in reality it is different.

Top location, private beach, gym, friendly staff but the checkout experience impaired the entire experience.

At check in, they verbally confirmed a late Checkout at 2 pm (what I needed to due to a biz video conference). They "kicked" me out of the room during the video conference. I even offered that they can start cleaning during my video conference. the lady at the front desk refused... Rooms and interior are outdated and need renovation.

Breakfast was very good. Location is good as well

Close to playground so kids can play while parents relax in the hotel.

I think the lobby needs a renovation. In Tower B the breakfast area is so tight.

Comfortable room with sea view, good cleaning, various breakfast (in Hilton Jumeira), helpful staff (except reception).

We’ll, it was not so pleasant experience with Hilton this time. 1) After check-in we received our key… and we couldn’t open our room! More than 30 minutes we waited under the door while someone came. 2) Our room was connected room (!). One night around 23:00 someone tried to open our door from other side. 3) Executive Lounge package is a wasted money. 4) Finally during check-out we paid some additional money because “staff made mistake” (!). We just paid cos we hadn’t time to check up.
