All staffs are friendly and helpful. Prompt response to any request. Do not have to wait for long time for elevators. Excellent location to any transportation.

Compared to hotels of a similar class, my room (Spacious Comfort Twin) was a bit larger (23m2 vs 18m2) and the charge was reasonable. The reception staff were helpful, especially Mr Karl Chan, who was very courteous and quick in resolving problems during my 3 week stay. The Kew Space Restaurant on the M floor (see photo) is well decorated and offers Western semi-buffet on week days at a good price.

Perhaps due to Covid, many hotels have cut the frequency of room cleaning to once in 3 or 4 days, though u can ask for refill or change of essential items at any time. For the convenience of tenants, it might be better to improve room cleaning to once in 2 days .

Lovely comfortable bed and pillows, right in the heart of things. This is about our third time staying here so obviously, we think it's good value for money.

no cleaning service for duration of stay. no replenishment of toiletries or coffee. calling to the front desk I was told they only clean every four days

I was given an "upgrade" room to 401. I thought it would be bigger or better. Unfortunately there were two beds in the room, though larger in size it felt smaller and cluttered. I requested one double bed. One bed was a double, the other was a twin...totally useless...

Window looking at a blank wall a few feet away. no natural lighting. Quite a miserable large room. Bathtub faucet not working properly...lever was loose, not properly connected...difficult to control water temperature.

Location is perfect, staff are friendly. It's close to everything, very convenient. There is also a bus a couple of blocks away which can take you directly to the beach. Love it. The mask mandate goes crazy in Hong King. The staff would come out to tell you to wear a mask in the lobby where no one is around. They also demand you to wear a mask when they themselves wear a mask and speak to you on the other side of a glass partition. It's very inconvenient and unfriendly for international travelers. There is also limited TV programs available. It only has one English news channel and nothing more. It's short of many entertainment programs and full of Mainland TV channels. My room was in fact much smaller than what the pictures show.
