Die sehr gute Lage, kleiner süßer Hof, die Zimmer waren zwar etwas altertümlich eingerichtet aber fand das schön ☺️

Der Schrank im Badezimmer hat etwas gemüffelt und die Matratze etwas weich aber vollkommen pssabel für mich und meckern auf hohem Niveau

I was very happy with the service I got from couple of the staff, the location was great and I was pleased I got to stay somewhere easy to get around and I was near the zoo and aquarium.

I wasn’t happy with the manager not helping me with the euros I had I had to get change from another hotel also the pillow were uncomfortable and need changing. The manager needs to work at her customer service better her attuide wasn’t friendly

Creepy guys in the lobby that were drunk and staff were unable to do anything even after inappropriate comments were made to my partner

A very nice hotel with parking in the very center of Berlin. Although the interior design is a bit from a different era and time seems to have stopped, it is worth taking advantage of the very helpful and nice staff. We had a larger room but nice, comfortable beds, clean towels and sheets, large bathroom. Less comfortable is the lack of air conditioning and in the summer when you came to the room it was quite warm, but you can quickly ventilate and after the problem. Greetings to Agnes and the smiling gentleman from the reception.

Staff. Location. Room was larger than I thought it would be but bathroom is tiny (anyway good for me). Inside garden with tables and lights is very sweet and comfortable.

No air conditioner although its 33 degree outside. There was a small fan but not enough.

the building is older then it seems so you will have some creaking headboards or noise from surrounding rooms
