The food at the bar was exceptional and very tasty, breakfast was also very good with many options. The value was pretty good also.

The beds are not very comfy at all, hard mattress and soft pillows, ok for a short stay for the price but wouldn't want to stay too much longer.

Security guard was very disrespectful. Didn’t let us eat at the pool table when it was iftar time . Kept shouting when all we wanted was to get our stuff from there

Lory from reception and Muhammad from the restaurant being team leaders/managers could have a much better approach.

Freundliches Personal. Gepflegte Anlage. Große Zimmer, sauber und im guten Zustand. Wasser in Flaschen und Wasserkocher für Tee oder Kaffee. - Schöner Pool mit genügend Liegen. Wasser recht warm. - Abendessen am Buffet üppig und vom Preis (ca. 80 AED = ca. 20 €) in Ordnung.

Es liegt etwas Abseits, zu Fuss kann man nichts unternehmen, nur mit Auto.

Room doesn’t have a toothbrush and toothpaste

The pool area is lovely, and a good selection of bars.

Stained carpets in the room, mattress was like a rock, pool bar was open yet no one worked there and I stood there for 30 minutes for a Diet Coke. Every time my neighbour opened his door (which was 13 times at 3oclock in the morning), a gust of wind would blow and rattle my door which was great. I had an issue with my booking before even coming and it took me 7 phone calls and 48 hours to talk to anyone who didn’t just immediately hang up on me. Took me 30 minutes to check in , I’ve worked at a reception in a hotel (doesn’t take that long). Booked it to escape from life in Dubai and I wish I hadn’t bothered to be honest.

The important soccer game between Qatar and Jordan wasn’t transmitted. Hilton international brand should have such TV package to enhance and improve the quality for visitors

Spacious room for the family, spotlessly clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and the faculties on good shape. It was good or our visit.

Don't expect a wow factor, everything is good, but little is outstanding. The breakfast tries to have Arabic, South Asian, Far Eastern and Western offerings, but all fall short of being complete, so you end up mixing things up that don't mix too well on your plate.

Everything was just perfect as I expected the views the staff the food the cleanness I mean everything met my expectations

Check in on time without waiting. Reception & other Staff was very friendly. Comfortable Bed. Room includes all amenities. Convenient Valley Parking.

Breakfast was not up to the expectations, limited options. Even though it consider as family friendly hotel, no kids room / kids play area.

The breakfast was good, the chef was able to accommodate specific Gluten Free breakfast for my son. The food prepared for my son was actually tasty!! Kudos to the F&B team.

The room did not had a few toiletries expected for a family checking-in. However, the housekeeping team responded to our call and fulfilled the requirement in a short time.
