No lift but we are able to do stairs so not a problem

Es un hotel muy especial, decorado con mucho gusto (me encantó) y bastante bien ubicado. Es entretenido que esté en los pisos superiores de un bello y típico pub inglés. Muy agradable experiencia a un precio bueno.

No tiene escaleras y me ubicaron en el último piso, y aunque soy atlética, se hizo pesado subir a mis 61 años con maletas.

Upon checking in to the hotel we were a bit early and expected to wait for our room to be ready, what we didn’t expect was the rudeness of the man who greeted us. When asked for my name he seemed to think i was lying about my name considering they got it wrong on the details (claiming my first name was both my first and last name) then asked us to wait for the room to be ready which of course was fine but made us feel very unwelcome as we waited in the pub area, not once smiling or just talking after the payment was given. As said before the room was fine (that was mainly due to the great cleaners) but as we began to unpack and check things over, we noticed a lot was wrong - TV didn’t work properly (my partner called down at the desk and left a message to have it checked but no one got back to us) in the end we had to find the sky box and restart ourselves, in the end the tv did work but was surprised no one bothered to listen to the message we left or check up about it. The water pressure in the shower was the worst me or my partner has ever dealt with, was ridiculously low and thus made the shower take longer. Breakfast was not included even for the room price being so high (that’s even taking into consideration its in London) One thing ill also add is when we left we took the toiletries with us (granted that wasn’t the smartest thing to do but thought nothing of it as they had been used prior and some close to empty anyway), as we were travelling home i got a very passive aggressive call from a staff member, ive been to many hotels that don’t seem to care about it but this hotel demanded we pay for the products (that were already opened before we arrived to the room), i then suggested i send them back….once again i see that taking them was cheeky but the attitude was not needed.

Attention to detail in the room . great facilities and comfy bed

the person on breakfast duty just didn’t seem to care or do his job . we were just left to fend for ourselves, not given a breakfast menu and had to ask for everything. really not good service. maybe an off day ?

Close to tube station. The pub looks really nice inside, as well as the Hotel building. The room was comfortable, clean, the bathroom was well equipped and comfy as well. Room was cleaned daily.

The party in the cocktail bar placed in the basement, bar is owned by the hotel. Horrendous noise till 2 am is unacceptable for 200 pounds per night. As if the bed was in the middle of the dance floor. Noise isolation poor anyway. The street is in use at night too. And the windows don't isolate well. TV didn't work, but it wasn't a huge issue for me. However if Sky is offered it should work, there was no signal. The radio didn't work as well.

The hotel was pretty good as I expected. Location is not far from the underground. Room was quiet big with all the necessary staff: shampoo, soap, cream. Also coffee and tea was included in the price.

Clean, great food, great location. Staff was nice.

the restaurant was excellent - room was clean, spacious. proximity to both city center and heathrow a plus, especially for someone just flying in...staff was very easygoing, professional. pub hotels tend to have a lot of moving pieces so its tough work and really appreciated this.
