Great place to stay walk to everything dont need a car you have tram that can take you to surfers paradise if you want to go there Shopping Centre 5 mins walking and Restaurants walking distance beach only 150 metres away would highly recommend .

The cooking pots and frypans need to be replaced very old there was a a good 2 inch step from carpet to bathrooms which we found after kicking into it with our toes we just put towel over the step , we did report to reception .

The location is excellent. Easy walk to the beach, casino, Pacific fair, The Oasis shopping centre, the park and a selection of restaurants along the main road. The 3 bedroom apartment is very spacious. The beds were comfortable. The 2 car spaces were handy, there were visitor car parks.

The only negative is to do with the cleaners and even perhaps the previous guests. There was a half bottle of Powerade and a half bottle of milk left in the fridge. When we went to use the plates and bowls for dinner, we found 2 of the plates dirty. As in it looked like it had been put through the dishwasher but it left the food around the bowl.

Twin bedroom & bathroom rather tight, pity as double bedroom was very spacious as was rest of the apartment We were Traveling with our daughter and son in law so we opted for twin room Would have appreciated having things like pepper and salt supplied and some dish wash tablets Traveling from NZ was not something we would be able to pack

Pool and spa was great

Beds were very uncomfortable needed new mattresses in both rooms Aircon was very difficult to get right Hot water in shower was very sporadic

The balcony was cool, we spent lots of time out there. And it was very spacious which was very nice. There were 6 of us so for a week the value for money was really good. Also the pools were great

Good location. Good price for a 3 bedroom apartment Noticed late at night that our fridge was working poorly with all of our food in there not keeping cold. Night staff were very helpful and put our perishables in a different fridge until we needed them the next day.

Bed slats were broken in one of the bedrooms. When we lifted the mattress to try and fix them we noticed old band aids and rubbish on the floor under the bed. Towels that were used by previous guests were still hanging on the back of one of the bedroom doors. One of the glass sliding doors on the balcony seemed like it could have come out of its tracks if you weren't careful when opening it.

Our room was very dusty and dated. It would be time for the carpet and furniture to be replaced. Desk fell apart during our stay and beds were soft in certain spots from overuse. Even after multiple phone calls to the apartment re bedding config months before our stay and being on same level as other booked apartments none of our requests were met plus one of the rooms were meant to be ocean view and somehow got downgraded to one without. We will not be staying there again.

The bedding combination showed on the website(booking.com) was differnt from the hotel when we checked in. We bo0oked for a few singles beds but it didnt happen which caused us very inconvenient. The receptionest has managed to change to another room which helped at least

Comfortable bed. Well spec'd bathroom although on small side. Good range of facilities including kitchen and laundry.

Lounge/kitchen/dining area design a bit like a walk through hall. This area seemed rather tired for the price paid.

staffs very helpful, assist to get luggages up to rooms. jus opposite the pacific fair mall. good security system felt safe staying there.

the rooms floor carpets are not the cleanest. the water heater is tricky.
