Comfort in beds, pillows, and that couch was phenomenal. It was a very spacious apartment, homely and great money for value

We were attending the Gold Coast Convention Centre and this was a 5 min walk. The building is quiet and the permanent residents are retiree's. The pool was very quiet and the gym was functional and not very busy.

The apartments and location were excellent

Would have been good to have extra keys as we had family members on a different level and we had to continually meet them at reception to go back up to their apartment.

This is the 2nd stay here for us, love the location to Broadbeach eateries, beach. The unit had a great view of both the buildings/lights of Surfers Paradise along with beach views!

Being made aware that there were works going on to the outside of the building which made the windows dirty and also at times couldn't sit outside and enjoy the balcony. Being made aware that there was also work due to take place making the lift not available to go down to the carpark. One of the ladies on reception sadly another one is very abrupt, and it feels like you are bothering her when asking questions (perhaps they were having a bad week...).

No wifi on first night I had to call their IT call centre, at the request of the service desk, several times myself to finally have it connected It took over 90 minutes of phone calls to resolve

hotel facilities and grounds were amazing

staff purposely mislead us on broken aircon and it was a hot / humid and stuffy stay. very disappointing service

A very neat & nice apartment, room is big and bright. Everything is so clean and convenient. It is more than what we expected. The actual seeings is better than what we saw from the photos. Staying here is a very happy experience. We will come back.

Travelling for business. Reception were unbelieveably rude and unhelpful. Had multiple staff in variety of rooms We arrived late at night on a Friday. Took until Monday for sign in papers to arrive at room. Then phoned whilst working demainding as CEO I came back to hotel to sign paperwork, Woudnt accept another staff member or anyone staying there.,to handle. Peroquial. No idea ofhow to deal with buisness people. English woman on recpetion beyond rude. Waited on chekcout to speak to manager- he kept me wating for over 15 minutes...and when I asked if he were free son to chat, he said he wasnt..he was busy chatting with a permanent resident. Avoided posting this as hate to drum son=meone however after a very rough stay and Booking.com has asked 5 times for review...here it is. , in one word ....AVOID

Great location, walkable distance to all the restaurants and shops in Broadbeach Mall. Short walk to beach, close to public transport.

Sadly, the remote for the TV in the main room didn't work even after the batteries were replaced, this became annoying as the price per night was over $200 and I would have liked to use the TV each evening and morning.

No breakfast included. Location was perfect.
