Aircon didn’t work

The sofa bed was unbearable! You just sunk and fell through the bed as you lay on it. So uncomfortable!

Very close to NEC. Very Quiet.

Little diversity and low food quality for breakfast. For a stay of 3 adults, they gave us a room where the third bed was a sofa. When lying down, the bed structure folded, forming a V shape. It is not acceptable for this situation to have happened given the price we paid. I do not accept it for a 5-night work stay. I complained, and they moved us to another room. The curtains were full of dust.

Very short walk to the train station and the little train going to the airport. Cold breakfast is set out early and we were able to go down and get a cup of tea and a bit to eat before going as it was an early flight Lots of parking available

Close to the airport and the NEC fair ground. Just 10 min train from the city centre

Very clean room, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. I spent majority of my stay working at the NEC for a work event, so my hotel room was much needed comfort after a long day! Would highly recommend staying here if you need to be near the NEC.

Nothing to complain about.

Brilliant hotel. The staff were so friendly, we went to a restaurant which was suggested by a member of staff, which was exceptional food. The bed was massive and extremely comfortable, the bathroom was a good size too and clean. It was within easy walking distance to where we needed to go and the parking was a reasonable price. We will be staying here again!

ideal location for the NEC about a 30 minute walk.. Very clean hotel.. We had meals both nights and the food was very good. Breakfast was good and plentiful. we liked the way the staff kept all the tables cleared and cleaned …. all the time ….Good WI-FI

our room was clean and well made the bathroom was a good size to… but we thought the room would be bigger.. It looked bigger on the internet pictures
