Spacious apartment, very clean, good location and very accommodating and friendly staff at check in. Overall a good comfortable apartment in a convenient location.

The furniture rather old and some of them damaged needing replacing but it was not a problem. The communal staircase of the building was smelly.

Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the balcony which allowed smoking was a bonus!

The area is a little confusing but luckily right by a train station. Some of the locals are a bit aggressive, a man approached us to say that tourists are "killing them" and it was not our home.

Although there was renovation going on at the  restaurant downstairs that is to be expected in Berlin, and it’s not possible to predict when these things will happen that was the only caveat there was a bit of noise during the day which did stuff in the evening the particular apartment we stayed at was in a mixed used building with offices and apartments. It had a little foyer which made it easy to pack and unpack. The apartment was very spacious and easily fit five people although we ended up only being four it was very clean and well organized and easy to use the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils, coffee, etc., the apartment itself is steps away from many tourist attractions, which wasn’t so interesting to us, but also very close to wonderful parks many many different restaurants move on bus is fine and two different fantastic supermarkets that had great fresh baked goods, and other things at very low prices would definitely stay again Magda was attentive and helpful the whole time we were there to people who brought us in and showed us around were also helpful. It was great to have a washing machine and clothes, dried and lying to continue to have clean clothes and the bathroom was newly renovated and very nice, the beds were extremely comfortable and the two balconies were wonderful to be able to use

As stated, there was a current renovation going on there which caused a bit of noise during the day however, this is common in Berlin, and also impossible to predict as we booked almost a year in advance

The best thing about this apartment were the facilities and how well the kitchen was equipped. We've stayed in many places and they always offer you the most basic utensils (sometimes even nothing) so it's hard to cook, while this kitchen was so well equipped! Microwave, coffee maker with filters and coffee, toaster, teas, scissors, kitchen towels (paper and cloth ones too), simply evertyhing, only the dishwasher was missing but in that small kitchen you cannot really fit more hah. Anyway, for a short trip it can be a nice stay, there's bed, kitchen, bathroom, livingroom with small tv and a couch, dining table and even a balcony which was really nice to sit at.

On the other hand, the overall vibe, location and the building itself was not the best and the most memorable. The whole building and apartment looks like dormitory. There were some holes, and stains, the elevator smelled terrible, and you don't necesseraily feel save leaving your things in the apartment. The location is okayish, it's not bad, however it's not the nicest or the best connected. Going by bike would be the best option.
