I Liked everything, just stay the way you are

The hotel had lots of character with sitting areas and a restaurant on the main floor. The rooms were clean and comfortable and opened onto a central courtyard that was very quiet. We highly recommend this hotel

Superb hotel in a good location. Staff is super friendly. This hotel has great Style and is very comfortable.. walk out the door and go to the right and 10 minutes you're at the beach. Go to the left and you're at Kennedy Park which is a great destination. Highly recommend this hotel

The room aren’t like you see in the photos. Really small and old. Breakfast service was really bad, I arrived two minutes late (9.32 instead 9.30) and they didn’t serve me the breakfast. They were really unpolite. Not the right mood for an hotel

We were able to walk to most locations in Miraflores, and although the hotel had a good bar and restaurant, with patio dining offered, there were also several excellent cafe restaurants nearby.

Everything. Great building, lovely rooms, fantastic location, wonderful staff. Amazing amazing amazing! This is a lovely building, beautifully restored, with helpful staff, good breakfast, and spotless rooms. It is located 2 minutes from bars and restaurants and 5 minutes from the boardwalk. Honestly, I could not have asked for a better hotel in Lima.

Lovely, small hotel with beautiful furnishings and art works. Very good breakfast with hot and cold options. Nice outdoor seating area at front of hotel. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed and good, big bathroom. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Our senior room had a kitchen area in it but no equipment at all. Odd. Why not remove it and put in comfy seating instead?

Gorgeous big rooms with comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. The staff were extremely welcoming and the breakfast service/buffet was brilliant. Ideal location to walk down to Miraflores centre/main parks as well as heading down to the beach. Overall it had a wonderful feel to the hotel.

Really liked the homely and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. Staff were extremely helpful and room was large and very clean. The restaurant was also good, with delicious cakes (brownie is highly recommended!). In addition the hotel was in an excellent location to walk to a number of restaurants.

The hotel arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. The staff were friendly, efficient and competent and spoke good English. The room was very large and well-appointed with period furniture. Breakfast was buffet style in an area near reception, rather than a restaurant. The laundry service was fast and efficient. We were given excellent advice on shopping in central Lima and the hotel organised a car and a driver for us. In the courtyard coffee shop area, we enjoyed local coffee and excellent cakes and pastries. A car was arranged for transfer to the airport. This is great hotel in a sympathetically restored period building. We would book this hotel again.

We liked this hotel enormously. A larger restaurant might have improved the facilities, but that didn't detract from our stay.

The hotel is beautiful, with big comfortable rooms and lovely decor. The restaurant is fantastic, with incredible baked goods and outstanding service.
