Location, responsiveness of the hosts, easy check-in/check-out procedures. Hosts were able to accommodate a late check-out (the information in booking.com was not updated to reflect a new earlier checkout time).

Although the apartment is updated, it's in an old building which comes with some downsides (no elevator, some unlikable insects, etc.)

Perfect location. Very nice atmosphere, quiet street, close to city centre. The apartment was clean and pleasant, communication with host was easy.

One of the downsides was that at 9:10 PM we were receiving calls for being too loud. This was on a Saturday night which was completely absurd! To add up i do not believe we were noisy at all! Another issue popped up when we realise that our group of six were on the different streets and were not in the same building as it usually goes on booking.com from my experience so far. Although the apartments were nice, you should keep an eye on the details if you are a large group as the add mentions that they offer 10 apartments in the centre without specifying that you might be allocated in different locations. The distance was 13 min walk but it was still unpleasant. Lastly the key for one of the flats was from the other flat so we had to go back and take it from the first one which added frustration.

The apartment was in the center of Sofia, only five minutes walking away from Vitosha str., it was really comfortable, it was perfectly heated and it was very clean. It's a very good choice and I would prefer it in case of going back to Sofia.

Appartment was clean, enough furnished and well located. The staff/manager contacted us through Whatsapp for guide us, it was nice.

Elevator often out of service, terrible wifi and lack of cleaning service (they offer us only once during all week)

The apartment is in an excellent location. The place has everything you need. The hosts are reliable and accommodating. Would definitely go back!

Location was great, was clean, staff was very helpful and nice

The bed was horribly uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the mattress. My husband and I could not sleep on this bed without waking up in pain. We had to sleep on the couch, which was missing the mattress for a foldout bed. The light in the hallway wasn’t bright enough until the last 2 nights.

Excellent flat in the center of Sofia, recent building with elevator, wide rooms and living room, very well enlightened flat on last floor, fully equipped kitchen and nice roof-top terraces. Wi-Fi excellent.

The beds mattress are not the most comfortable. Parking in the area is difficult and expensive.
