The staff is very kind, the food very good, the room nice and comfortable. By far the best hotel we've been to in India!

Hotel advised me that my reservation was cancelled by Booking.com, clearly this was not the case as my booking was was still live on their app futher they confirmed it by email.

Still cannot believe service of front office concierge staff: - provided map when we arrived and totally misinformed us. We were told that whole old Delhi area was blocked because of floods. Next day we heard from another guest this was not true. Went there and nothing blocked and zero water spot seen. - Taxi could not be arranged to dinner location and we only could take their hotel limousine. Organized our own Uber. - we asked to organize our train tickets to Agra. They helped but took us so much efforts and endless WhatsApp communication. They also did not want to put it on our bill - was our birthday and cake was brought but no special and personal attention and cake was not fresh - we asked to see about a specific place to do yoga and also this was very difficult to help us with - negative attitude and arrogance of front desk and concierge

The Leela is very elegant and classy. Very much a cool oasis in the middle of Delhi. Without doubt you feel as if in a Western/European space due to high security, safety and service yet great historical features from the palace.

We had one issue with a hotel arranged taxi taking us 30 minutes outside the city which was quite distressing and disappointing. Stick to Uber. The duty manager did apologise and compensate with a free dinner at the Qube (which is great).

Great buffet breakfast and buffer dinner selection. Staff across the entire hotel were extremely freindly and helpful. They cannot do enough for you. The Royal Club floor was a real treat and felt very special.

Slight confusion over laudry allowance as this was included in our package. Each time I queried specifics of what was chargeable or included, the butler service didnt have a clue and transferred me to the hlpe desk. All resolved very quickly.

My Whole experience at the Leela Palace hotel was beyond by expectations

The Leela Palace was certainly at par with expectations for our romantic getaway. Rooftop pool was memorable.

Lunch time staff were not accomodating for guests for a la carte at Le Cirque
