The view is breathtaking, the pool is also great! Room very comfortable also! Staff was really nice, Luis was always taking great care of us!

The breakfast included was a huge disappointment, I don´t recommend taking this. Restaurant options during the day are also very low and the quality is not that great. Even if we booked a 12 days stay, after having lunch on our arrival, a waiter got really rude and aggressiv to me because he wanted me to pay directly with my credit card and kept on insisting even if I explained him that I could only pay in cash for the moment because my boyfriend was in town with our cards to take out money... Also the only way to access the sea water is with a ladder or jump, there is no beach there!

Run down, bad smell in bath room drain, fan in bathroom was breaking down, no refrigerator or a safe in the room.

the dive shop onsite is amazing, reason enough to come back! the reef outside the hotel is also full of fish. great staff and outdoor facilities

the rooms are dated and old, if you stay in the club section it’s better but the hotel section is pretty due for a renovation. the views from the Oceanside rooms are absolutely incredible

The staff was excellent and personable. they said hello and responded to every request. the little guy at Pepe’s Dive Shop wasn’t.

restaurant closed early at 4;00 and bar at 5:30. hotel B next door took up the slack and were excellent. water in shower came out cold and took longer to heat if it did. Rooms need updating and new furnishings. there was also someone dragging furniture around upstairs all night long every day. I thought it was construction but the desk said they knew nothing? ghosts??

Everything was great

it was very good value for what it cost. It was a waterfront hotel, with a lovely shaded breakfast area with view to the sea, the breakfast was good, the prices in the menu were very reasonable for a hotel, a decent size pool, a roped off area so you could snorkel safely, the room was a good size, the king size bed comfortable, jungle view was a little boring but better that than viewing concrete houses and the staff was very nice.

The sheets on the bed and the towels in the room were very warm out. The beach towels were great though. There wasn’t a magnifying glass in the bathroom to put on makeup or contact lenses.

We usually look at the bright side of things but we really had a hard time finding it at the Coral Princess hotel. The hotel infrastructure is pretty old and desperately lacks maintenance. Everything is slowly falling apart, which makes the place a very sad one. Services are pretty basic and absolutely not in line with the price we paid. We tried to leave after two nights, but couldn’t cancel anymore so had to be resilient. Humour helped. The room.. well.. not better than a low-class beach Motel in Rimini (Italy): view on the very noisy coastal road (they call it ‘view on the rainforset’ on the website), no noise insulation at all a ridiculously small balcony, but at least good water pressure and hot water, enough space and very clean sheets. Overall, the hotel was clean. The (artificial) sand beach area is pleasant and the pool is nice. There is direct access to the sea, but not much to see there. The ‘continental’ breakfast is made of some fruits and yogurt, cereals, bread, and coffee. All pretty basic. No pleasure. The pool bar was closed at the beginning of our stay. There is no restaurant service in the evenings but signs remind the guests that it’s forbidden to take in food from outside (we’re still trying to understand how the mangers imagine that guests will feed themselves in the evenings, if they don’t want to go out). The nice ‘B Hotel’, in walking distance, saved us the first night.. but also made us very jealous of their guests, who were having the holiday we hoped to get. The gym looks nice on the website. But once you’ve seen the rusty indoor bicycles and and the broken treadmill, you understand that the place is a health hazard. The room is also used to store stuff. Overall, the staff is friendly but doesn’t seem to be very happy to work there. No smiles, no interest in how the guests are doing. One employee at the so-called diving center was particularly unpleasant and of no help at all (we really tried to be nice; really).

The property is just as it’s pictured. it’s right on the water. The property was clean, had a/c and wifi. The property has not been updated in a while. The continental breakfast was a little weak in my opinion. The hotel staff goes home relatively early and so the ability to buy something to drink was hindered. it would nice to have had a refrigerator in my room so I could buy water to store in my room. with this said I’d, I’d stay here again. Pepe scuba is phenomenal

Staff was not friendly unless you started to tip them for a bad service. Felt like we had to bribe them to get a good service. Unforeseen charges at the end bill, without any prior communication from the reception.
